I am having BSNL CDMA card (EVDO) for internet connection since 1.5 years. Now the device is not working & is not getting senced by the computer. I went to BSNL for repair but they told me that you have to buy a new device costing around 3500/- Rupees. I asked them for giving me any address from where I can get it repaired but they were not having it. Now a days, almost any electronic device can be repaired by a competent technical man by replacing deffective components but this is not possible for EVDO Card. Is it correct on the part of BSNL to insist for replacement with new device & not giving any contact point details for trying repair; if possible.
