dear sir,
i purchased a sony laptop battery from a nehru place based company named HAKO.
they have an office in nehru place and the battery is under 1 yr warranty.
after 7 months of use the battery wont show 100% charge and due to this it has heated up and resulted in breaking of battery shell.
now the HAKO shopkeeper says it is physical damage to the battery and treated me very badly by saying you are lying and wont even listen to my complaint.
after some time he agreed and said i will take the battery and get it checked.he also asked me to call after 3 days.
it has been 4 days and he askes for another week to get it checked after which he may just say no warranty against damage.
what should i do ??
