Hello Consumer Court Members,
If the problem is persist again and again even after repair, it means the problem is irreparable and the faulty product need to be replaced, for that you need the mentioned documents i.e.: Purchase details and the Job sheet.
Send a written notice to the CMD of the HCL via registered post, attach the photocopy of all the relevant document and ask them to replace/refund within the mentioned time in the notice. Wait for their reply and revert us back.
