Respected Sir/Madam,

I have purchased a UPS (HGE 600 AZ) a couple of months back.This UPS is unable to bear a load of the CPU and a 17'' CRT monitor. I have booked the complaints multiple times in their customer care, their Engineers visit and had changed the Transformer and have given another UPS from their R&D but all of their efforts tend to fail.

I wonder how their UPS which they claim for 600 VA is unable to run just a CPU and a Monitor, These are just the normal equipments which are generaly connected to a UPS. I think the UPS for which they claim for 600VA is originally is of less capacity, because they are now asking me to purchase another of their UPS for 800 VA. I was earlier using another 600 VA UPS made by Wipro on the same system and it was working efficiently.

I already have wasted a lot of my time, efforts and money to get it repaired.Even I had to get my motherboard and SMPS repaired because of their defective UPS. The Irony is that, they had closed my complaint without resolving it or giving any solution for it.

Kindly arrange to get my money back from Microtek, so that we can purchase other maKe UPS and forget Microtek.
