I had bought a belkin router from staples. It started having some problem from day one. I reported this to the tech support and they after some checks concluded that it was faulty and had to be replaced. The rep told me that the item would be readily available and i had to go their assigned dealer and get it replaced. I did as per instruction. But it was very dissapointing to know that they do not keep stock of the same and had to wait. I did so as per their request for 5-7 days. I called them after a week and was disappointed to know that it was not in stock and it was coming from chennai and it would take another day or two. I called them today and it was plundorous to know that there is no stock in chennai now and it might take an eternity for me to receive my router. This has been to worst experience ever. THe cust serv is attrocius and they have least bit of concern to customers. The belkin people have no control over this issue and this is even more concerning. Request you to do justice to this situation.
