This is Mahantesh here I am an engineer working at Bangalore.
Actually on 4-12-09 of this month I purchased the 12volts adopter in a shop called "New verity electronic shop" in Rajajinagar Bangalore by paying Rs.250.
while giving shop owner talked very well and told I only sell very good quality products and all and told he will take care if something happens within week.
I took it to home and tested it working fine,after half an hour it stopped working.
then after two days I took it back to shop then he told he wont either replace it or repair it when I asked for the reason he stared using bad words at me.
I asked him for the bill then he told he wont give the bill also and told he wont give to anybody.When I told him I will go to consumer court then he told go and tell to its father(High court) no body can do nothing and I wont care and he thrown the adapter down and started shouting at me.I got frustrated that I just used for it for half an hour and paid Rs.250 and had to listen to his bad words.The thing is not only of money he insulted me as well as court, law and order.
I want to know what I have to do about this.what about the people who all are cheated by this kind of duplicate sellers.

Kindly suggest me about this what action can be done on that shop owner.
Please don't Ignore this as it is small amount.

Actually one year back i purchased the Microtec UPS (4)& Base Battaries(8) , no from a shop called "Busner Enterprises " in SantheMidan in Chitradurga,Karnataka by paying Rs.1,30000.00
while giving shop owner talked very well and told I only sell very good quality products and all and told he will take care if something happens within 2years and as well as free service.

I took it to Shop and tested it working fine,after 7 months one ups stopped working.
then after two days I call for sevice to shop then he told he wont either respond it or repair it when I asked for the reason he stared using bad words at me.

I had the bill & then also he wont warry about to anybody.When I told him I will go to consumer court then he told go and tell to its father(High court) no body can do nothing and started shouting at me, and i had to listen to his bad words.The thing is not only of money he insulted me as well as court, law and order.

And i sell more then from him 10 pieces (more then 6 lakhs worth) and he did not response for service and warrenty ,one thing i noticed that he dont know enything about UPS, then how he sold those items
