This is follow-up mail from Ravisankar. For past one week I am calling to Chennai Microtek office. Today also I called -up to Chennai office.
Still they are repeating same slogan. The service engineer is available at Maraimalai nagar and will come at evening.

I want to convey one big non-sense is happening at your office. Sorry to say this.
I am also in the service industry. Today I called to your office 6 times. At first time
your call center lady is shouting like anything( Ms.Rajalakshmi). Then I spoke to another gentle man. I forget his name. He has accepted all the mistakes. He has committed to call back after half an hour (at 3 PM) and send service engineer today itself. But after that I am not able to reach him thru his mobile and office landline. All the people simply pick the call and making in the hold mode.
Whenever I am calling to your office everyone not interested to talk and not interested to mention the name. I have noted the gentle man's mobile no(9750963555)


My question is very simple
1. Do you have only one service engineer at entire Chennai?
2. I never get a any call from your side at least any courtesy mail
3. This Chennai team surely spoil your reputation and brand
4. Still the gentle man never attended his mobile and never called me back

It is not my duty to give inputs about your office. But you should understand how the customer service are made in your office.
