I have purchased an assembled system from HI-TECH INFOVISION, B-1/11 VISHAL Bhawan, 95 Nehru Place. At the time of purchasing Mr. Ajay has told me that if you face any type of problem we will replace the items.

Before 1.5 months my RAM is not working and when I complained him he is saying I will not replace it do whatever you can, this item is not our and kept RAM.

Please help me as I am helpless now.
