I purchased a Trancend T-Sonic MP4 MP820 player from Access 2 Future, Cosmos Mall, Brook Fields, Bangalkore-37,INDIA.Ph No : 080-41605287. The player worked only for few days, and it`s not getting Un-locked. The LOCK & UN-LOCK button is not working. I am running behind the dealer from past 3 months, but there is no help from them & they are saying help less. I spend more than 3300/- RS INR on that, but now it waste, they are not giving the proper service. As a dealer he is responsible to get it repaired that too when it's under warranty period. Hi,I purchased a transcend mp4 player T.Sonic 820 version 1.2 few days before. It works well but it has a complaint in its video player.Video player doesnt works,it doesnt support any video formats.Not any video clip is even shown in the video folder when sent to it.So please help me by telling what is reason for the complaint,is there any software installation needed?Also is there any servising centers in thiruvalla or kottayam?Kindly reply.With regards from Thomas(9037169174)

My name is CH naveen kumar, I have purchased Transcend 8 GB MP4 player on 08 Sep 09.
After few days the mp4 player was not giving battery backup at all and not even charging, so I returned it to "transcend service center" at Nehru Place , New Delhi on 22 Feb 2010. The reprensentative of your Service Center told me to collect the mp4 after 10 days. they ensured me that the mp4 player will get repaired or will be replaced within the given time . After 10 days I went to service center but they are not giving me reply correctly and saying that come after 20 days 30 days. when I asked them aggressively they told me to mail to their website and did the same by mailing themto their wwebsite but no use. the warranty period is lapsing day by day , So please do needfull to me.
