On Feb 2012 I've purchased a SanDisk Cruzer Blade 8GB pendrive in online shop, Product code: SDCZ50-008G and with warranty. In June 2012 the pendrive started giving problem. The pendrive was unable to use as it is write protected. I complained about this to the company through mail and they took all the required information and told to send the defective product to their Bangalore branch for replacement.

On 11th July I sent the defective product through Professional Courier and they confirmed the safe delivery of the product.
But the problem is with the company person. He is telling that the product was not delivered to their company, so cannot send back the replacement product.
It already took a month of time and i'm helpless. Please help me out in getting back the replacement product..
