    Sub: Need Replacement
    Dear,
    I am your old customer and I have given lot of business to you.
    On 10/09/09 I asked your employee that I need one graphics card in 16000/- budget for gaming purpose. He suggested me (as per your supplier) ATI 4870 HD 1GB DDR5 (price 13000/-) and NVIDIA QUADRO FX1500 256MB (price 17500/-). His supplier told him that QUADRO FX 1500 is a best card in NVIDIA in this budget (I think he had in stock that he wanted to sell it anyhow). So that day I purchased NVIDIA QUADRO FX1500 256MB for the price 17300/- Invoice Number 09157. Payment made by ch. No. 615325 dt: 10/09/2009
    Next day I found that this card is not designed for gaming, it is designed for applications and all games are not supported by the drivers of this card; so I called your office and said I need replacement. Your person said he will check with the supplier and call me back. Because of my good relation with you I ignored the situation and gave him a cheque at his home personally on dated 16/09/2009 which your person was suppose to collect.
    Even I told them you give me the low price ATI 4870 HD 1GB DDR5 (price 13000/-) as replacement & I don’t want my 4300/- back. But they are refusing to do it. My old NVIDIA GFORCE 8400GS 512 MB card is working much better than this card for gaming. Now this card is useless to me and it’s a cost to me.
    I am in this problem because of a good relationship with you
    Please do the needful and kindly look into the matter

    Note: VENUS INFOCOM PVT LTD (Mr. Sachin) have given the Dhamki on phone as reply to my mail which is mentioned in my previous mail.
    I dont know what to do?
    Anyone please help me & suggest me what to do?

    Angry Complain againts spline infotech

    hello,
    i have deal with spline infotech for non voice telecom form filling process on 26-feb-2010,the aurthorised person yogesh had given me process and given me assurance for work load but he had not forwade any data uptill 22-march after one month he send me some data and after submitting he was not picking up any call and not forwarding any report or qc report..
    he has given me P.D.C check worth of 1lakh rs is bounce so please try to take disiplinary action on this fake infotech his address is below

    Default Complaint - about educational loan in INDIAN BANK, SHOLINGHUR

    My family is having savings account in INDIAN BANK, SHOLINGHUR (Vellore Dt) for 20 years. Recently my brother - RAMKUMAR got BE lateral entry admission in SRI RAM ENGINEERING COLLEGE, VEPPAMPATTU through DOTE. Now he discontinued his college only because that he didn't get educational loan from the INDIAN BANK. When we approached to INDIAN BANK regarding educational loan, its BANK MANAGER - V.SRIDHARAN has rejected our loan saying that 'unless you've salary account in INDIAN BAN, you can't avail educational loan in INDIAN BANK' and he hasn't treated us with courtesy. He's not a God or king, He's just a Bank Manager and he don't know how to treat a customer. This is happened not only to my family but also to others.
    Please take necessary action on him.
