I am forced to raise a complaint against Voltas Tata as I am highly frustrated with their service and behavior.
I purchased in cash, a Voltas AC 1.5 Ton Split Air conditioner (Model Platinum 5S) on 30-05-2012.

The Voltas service personnel was supposed to complete the installation in next 2 days.
They had set up the indoor component on next day but the outdoor compressor component is not yet clamped or fitted . They have just laid out the compressor on the roof top without any support,
running the AC provisionally and hence it is prone to damage or falling off at any moment. They had assured they will come the next day and finish off the the full installation.
It is going to be 3 weeks now yet even though we have paid off the total installation charges as well as additional service charges to the company people, they are least bothered to identify me as a customer.
I take this as an act of FRAUD and customer mental harassment.
I request you to take strong steps against this. I am currently unwell and under Doctor's treatment at Kolkata and they are not even attending me or my daughter's repeated requests.
I want my AC installation service to get completed properly
in next 1 working day or else if not done then the company must pay me compensation for the damages and replace the full compressor and associated unit.
I want them to replace the compressor outdoor unit in case it gets damaged in
windstorm/gets stolen/ or any other form of loss to it.
Please take this request as early as possible.
