Complaint against reliance communication technical department

    Default Complaint against reliance communication technical department



    Respected sir,
    I am using reliance gsm sim +919595575686.
    and i am sending text msg to 8407959066 which vodafone maharastra's sim but actully the msgs are not delivering to that perticular number only.
    I am living in Dharwad, Karnataka.
    and i was tryied to send text msg from other reliance gsm sim and i end up with the same problem.
    i was given first complaint to reliance customer care (198) on 19 may 2012 but still my complaint is not solved.
    If i call them (198) to ask about the status of my complaint again they are taking new complaint and telling me that your last complaint number is closed.
    I was called to vodafone customer care also they told dat no any problem is there from there end.

    Default Complain regarding misleading customer

    Dear Sir,

    I have a complain regarding a no 9369901144 which is a reliance GSM no.
    I was using this no for a long time.
    A month ago I request reliance to convert it into postpaid and now I feel cheated because I have submitted all document required for a proper conversion but facing trouble from approx a month.
    No one in reliance knows why they have stopped my no and what is proper solution fir it.
    I have talked to customer care, reliance web world, executive who collected my documents, no's of reliance employee and even I have visited reliance corporate office in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.
    But no one has any solution regarding it.
    I am an working professional and I have distributed the same no to all my client and even in my resume so because of reliance and its employee's irresponsible attitude even my client in present employer can not contact me which effected my working and growth and even new employer can not contact me and I missed no's of opportunity.
    I never port out my no to ant other network but some of reliance employees give excuse that its because my no has been port out.


    My alternate No is 9235571795 and 8957770333.

    As no one is there inreliance to give solution even they are not ready to note my complaine. If you can give any solution provide me.

    Default Problem in Incoming & outgoing

    Dear,

    This is for your kind information that from today morning i am facing problem in outgoing as well as incoming call. and after regular follofup still i did not get any sollution. it is very bed experience with reliance i am relaince customer last 4 years and having six more connection but not i am feeling nobody are ready to take initiative ........

    You are requested if possible solve it on urgent Basis. No is --9319859994

    Default no sending of landline communication bills

    To,
    The Reliance communications India

    Sir,
    I have taken a reliance connection with the number [(033)3922-3216] in my land line phone 7 months ago. And I am surprised that no bills are issued to me ever till now. Everytime i had to go to the offices situated in Howrah to collect those bills. I have complained for this condition several times in the offices of Howrah as well as of Park Street, but no action is taken till now. I being a customer of Reliance is very unhappy and harrassed with this service.
    I will be highly obliged if some action is taken right now and send those bills to me time to time, or else if this continues i will be forced to leave this connection.
