Idea customer care talk very wrong way, they disconnect my prepaid service without any notice, and they not start my postpaid services from last 4 days
I tell to every one those use idea number or to think buy idea number, dont buy, service are very poor,

Hi, I am Amit James from Delhi I am using idea cellular service from many years. My earlier days were good with idea but now I am facing problem with it. The reason is due to unhelping nature of his Customer Care Services. When I get any problem regarding my telecommunication Company i.e. Idea Cellular Service and when I make a call for their help to its customer care then either they take a long time to respond or either they cut the phone in between. If I again want to call them they just make the call busy to my number only. They doesn't care that how serious I need them. Just few days ago when I had my gprs network problem the didn't help me not even heard my issues. And after somedays of that I got something wrong again. I made my recharge of Rs. 50/- and just made a call but when the call ended its displayed with a balance deduction flash message and with that I also got a message that Rs.35/- has been deducted from my account due to Mobile TV. I am so familiar with computers and mobile I was known that I didn't made any request for that Mobile TV. Any way when I called to the Customer Care. He replied me that I have to go to check the balance dialing number *147*34# he also told me that I am unable to help you out and cut the phone. When I wanted to made a complaint about this to the Nodal Officer of Delhi (9990555555, extn 6888) the coumputer told me to wait for the assistance I waited a long but no one picked up my phone. I don't know whom to complain now I am really feeling bad and helpless. My number is 9891403755. Please help me.

i got a call yesterday(12/06/2012) from 01400850126 and a lady told me about a plan of 15000sec in 120rs and she said that deduction will be according to seconds.i asked her more than twice about the deduction system and she said yes it ll be according to seconds.i activated the service now my deduction are going on according to minutes.due to this,i'm paying callrate as 0.48p right now.previously i ws paying it as 0.30p.then what is the benefit to activate this service.i'm totally unsatisfied with idea service.They say lie to customer and activate their scheme which donot follow according to them.please kindly return my balance or do deduction according to seconds otherwise i'll portable my number to other connection as i have already faced these kind of problems with idea.
when i called customer care on 198.A person named MOHIT attended my call.he dint solved my problem.he said that your deductions will be according to minutes.what the hell is this your service?
i'll never suggest anyone to go with IDEA seriously.I'm regularly facing these kind of problems.your connection is ridiculous.

My no is 9708065880. i got a call from idea customer care for activation of caller tune on 15th jun 1008 hrs for which no response was given. in afternoon i got a msg for balance deduction of Rs. 50 for caller tune service. i did call on helpline no. 198 at 1648 hrs to clarify but in vein as the operator was not willing to hear and accept that balance deduction is unfais and neither gave any complaint no. and disconnected the call. I tried to contact again for 2hrs continious but each time was told that all operators are busy. so i request to do the needful and refund or provide complaint no. so i can take the matter further

My prepaid mobile number is 9527923558 in the name of Tushar Harinkhede for Idea communication.
On 22 June I have connected to play shop through my mobile Samsung Galaxy Y and Idea deducted my 100 rs amount within few minutes without any downloads. I am totally shocked! How could they do such thing? Then I have written them an email but till now I didn't hear anything from them.
Today I just made a call to their executive and she told me that there is no any deduction of 100 rs at once whereas I had immediately received a message regarding it on that day and I didn’t get that 100 rs back to my balance. When I asked her my balance details of 21 June she given me correct details of the balance but when I asked her about 22 June she denied to give me any info of 22 June by excusing me that she don’t have details of 22 June. How is this possible? It is clearly seems to be fraudulent case. Idea mobile has bribed my money.
Please do something if you can it will be great help for me. It’s not just a matter of 100 rs but the matter of fraudulent with customer.

You have been charged Rs. 20" and when i make call to idea customer care they are not telling why this is so. they was told me that in our system it shows that you have downloaded it thats why you have been charged but i haven't download that song. What i should do for this complaint.

I want to file a complain against Idea Postpaid Connection. This is Ratnesh Mishra from IBM Bangalore. I took the Idea Corporate plan of IBM few months back. Since that time I am facing the issue. Issue is of Network. When I am calling someone call reached to the other end and I am not able to hear. I used to disconnect and I need to call many time to talk to a single person. Many times it happens when i need to talk with Clients and also it affects my career because of this as many times i call my manager and he picked my call and i did not received his voice and cut the call and called him again. Like this I am loosing almost 200 calls every month for which I am paying the bills as extra. I mailed them many times and also called customer care on this and they raised the complain but i never got reply for that. After many efforts and few month passed now they are saying that my cell was not reachable. I am getting lots of call to pay the bill from Idea and customer care is not able to call me as per them which is totally fake.Its almost many times I have raised the issue.I keep paying the bill because it is a corporate connection and i do not want to take other sim .But now i am fade up of this issue.I want those money back and i am not paying the bill for this month as the money they have charged is already less than what i have paid them extra. I want the deduction of the amount that I lost for the past months.Please resolve the issue and deduct the amount that I have paid for last couple of months.
