I have digital TV connection in the name
of Pradeep kumar Chhajer and my customer ID is: 3001530342. My
connection is not working since saturday( 7-04-2012). I have
complained first time on monday, then consecutively I complained on
Tuesday and Wednesday also .

On Wednesday One technician came and he
said that he is not able to rectify the problem, then after
complaining one more technician came came and he too said the same
thing. Then again on calling to the local dealer whose no 9748404012.
I have taken this no. from senior customer care executive Rajesh.
I
called to dealer several no. of times then he sent a person on
Monday(16-04-2012), but he too said the same thing that problem cannot
be rectified. I have mailed to customer care also no. of times but no
responce. Kindly look into the matter with immediate action or else I
am bound to disconnect the connection and will lodge complaint in
consumer court at my next step I must say Airtel is baddest service
provider. --
