I had paid an advance of Rs. 5000 to a children play area called Kartwheel for celebrating the birthday of my child in October 2011. Unfortunately due to personal exigencies we could not celebrate and I had informed the manager Ms. Anu and one of the staff working there over phone that we have to cancel the party. They informed me that the money would not be refunded but can be adjusted towards another day to celebrate. I agreed. On 26th feb 2012 we heard from one of my friends that they are celebrating their daughter 's birthday at Kartwheel and have paid the advance too. I asked them not to pay the final amount after the celebrations as we can adjust it with the advance I had paid. They agreed.

I called Ms. Anu, the manager of Kartwheel to inform her of the same, but unfortunately she disagreed and said that they cannot adjust it now. I told her that it is not fair on the part of Kartwheel to do so and asked her if I can talk to the proprietor Ms. Kurunjai. Ms. Any said that Ms. Kurunjai visits Kartwheel rarely as she is busy with some other work. I asked her the contact number of Ms. Kurunjai but she refused to share the same. So I told her to ask Ms. Kurunjai to call me. It's been 20 days now and I have tried getting in touch with Ms. Kurunjai several times by calling the landline number of Kartwheel but every time I get the same reply from Ms. Anu that she is not here.

I need your help to resolve this as it more mentally torturing than financially.
