Bagittoday is in the business of cheating and acting fraud. By taking orders online, getting the amount collected and then not despatching the item. They must have collected millions of rupees in this manner. Very few guys are able to contact them once the amount is debited in their bank or credit card as no one from Bagittoday is accessible on mail or phone.

In my case, an order was placed on 12th Jan 2011 and till today no result.
customer care person always saying that item is in stock and will be dispatched after wait of 5 days. I can not understand if item is avaliable then why it will be dispatched after 5 days. surprisingly they are offering me full refund afted 21 days, why 21 days , I thing bagittoday or Indiatodaygroup is living in stone age.
