Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope i am conveying my grievances at the right place. I have called Airtel Customer Care from Pune various time now just to resolve a issue.
Issue is that i have been charged with the one time GPRS pack on my prepaid and still i was deducted the charge for surfing on my cell. I registered the complaint with compalaint id CBNRA30117828283. and it was due to resolve in 19 th jan,12. But when i didnt recieved call from them and they started avoiding calls. Yogesh, Padamshree were two CCE of them, who disconnected my call, without resolution, without even hearing.
I am really aggrieved by this kind of service in Airtel Pune.

I have just faced this issue for the first time since i am new in Pune. But if this is the situation I think Many more people suffer daily by taking Airtel Services.
