    Hello,

    I want to submit a complaint in consumer court regarding the services of TATA Indicom broadband I have used. This is in regard to the latest bill I have received for RS. 370/-. I was sent a legal notification from Tis Hazari court and received a phone call about the legal notice, even though I did not received that legal notice 15 days back about the payment not paid for Rs. 3847/- for the month of Aug and Sep, even though I did not done any usage in September, inspite I paid the full and final settlement amount of the same online. I am NOT using the broadband Internet services since September 2011 than also I have received a bill of Rs. 370/- this month.
    Full and final settlement of 3847/- means that I am not using the product any more and not interested in there services due to so much Inflated bills. After full and final settlement, connection of the same should automatically closed.

    Called the customer care twice they are saying that you need to pay this bill and than only your request of connection cancellation would be taken into consideration. This is a serious harassement. I want to file a complaint in the consumer court related to it.

    I am not using Tata Photon connection since Sep 2011. Howcome usage can happen on that connection??????

    Sent a copy to Delhi Nodal Officer about the weird response I am getting from customer care executives.

    hi i want to lodge a consumer complaint against Tata photon service,
    my photon number is 9235251622 i purchased the device august 2011,
    and lodged a complaint in september 2011 regarding the pathetic network coverage.
    despite of numerous calls and mails...i received no reponse from these people...
    this is utter harasment...
    i called in today i.e. 17.1.2012 asking about the status of my complaint
    and they said "sir pls wait for some time we dont have network boosters in stock we will get it done as soon as we get it in stock"
    i received the same statement in october 2011

    this is the heights of my patience its been almost 6 months an still no response from these highly irresponsible goons
    i need all the money back that i paid as the monthly bill,the price of the device and a written appology letter from tata services.

    I was using Tata Photon Plus. My number was 9266942184. While taking the connection Tata Representative told me that I would receive the speed of 3.1 mbps. However, I was getting 0.07mbps. For which, I had registered so many. My complaints were pending for 6 months. After so many follow-ups, I have revuced a call from Tata & asked me to return the device. While returning the device, they people told me that I would receive the refund for that device. It is more 2 months now, I have not received any refund yet.
    Please have a look into it & here are few complaint numbers for the same: 291674711, 284405759, 285027385, 283429059.

    The number has not been recharged since June 2010. So, it should have been de-activated by now. I don’t understand what are you waiting for. Even it has not been used since 20 months.

    Nodal helpdesk-Nitin Verma replied me back a week ago that he would help me in 3 days. But he hasn’t replied back yet, no one has shown any concern.

    Firstly, tata indicom people people have messed up the record. And now they are ignoring the case.
