dtdc has lost my courier and then i tried calling the customer care. they pick my calland then they put me on hold. i am trying to contact them since past three days bt they stil havenot responded to my complaint. infact they have not even botherd to look into my complaint.

I have sent courier on 08/08/2012 Through DTDC courier (DTDC Plus- Which assure that courier will be recived on next buisness day) on calling their customer care got reply it has been wrongly dispatched to Delhi and you will recive it with one day delay i told them its too urgent i wanted it today they rudely reply we cant do any thing abd cutted the call. They are taking huge money but not giving services.I have faced this issue with DTDC 3rd time out of four times i have sent courier to them.

I had booked a small parcel containing vital medicines for my wife who is a Kidney transplant patient on 1st August 2012& before accepting they confirmed that the Destination -Damanjodi with Pin Code number 763008 their service is available. I paid the excessive charges of Rs. 100/- but when my wife told me that the medicines have not arrived even on 9th august 2012 & when I confronted DTDC they confirmed that the parcel went from Bangalore to Kolkata &then to Bhubaneswar from where it was despatched to Keonjhar instead of Damanjodi. Obviously the Keonjhar person returned the consignment as "Service not available" From this it can be understood what sort of Courier service id DTDC since Dmanjodi is in Koraput District where two famous plants of HAL & National Aluminum Co are existing & how foolish it is to send it to Keonjhar. After registering complaint they are simply taking no action & gave some telephone numbers & no one picks yup these numbers.

This complaint may be registered & compensation should be given to me as the parcel contained Medicnes for a Kidney Transplant Patient.

Its been 13 days as of nw.. a Rakhi courier has nt been recived to Gurdaspur. PB...complaint was already registered on ur custmer care no.... but there was no response from ur side....the courier was sent on 28/07/2012...from dtdc booth in sec- 32, chandigarh... and enquired at phone and hd visited ther office 2wise...but they are not bothering for my call...so kindley ...look after to dis matter.... as this very disapponting thing...

This is Chirag from ahmedabad.one of my friend has sent some important documents of mine from bangalore on 7th august in fast courier service.What my friend has been told that the courier will be delivered within 24 hours.But till today that is on 11th august i haven't got my packet yet. What kind of service you people are provinding.Close your all branches if you are unable to deliver the courier on the date said then please close dn't spoil others documents by not delivering it.

Two parcels of mine having awb no. M69201578 & Z70460269 which was suppose to come from Mumbai and Delhi respectively to Goa has not reached to me yet..when i called dtdc courier office they say nothing has come yet..but when I tracked on their site its showing it has reached to goa office. I wonder dtdc courier has staff which is capable of doing their duties responsibly? or they have been just appointed to open their office in the morning and close in the evening.

BE AWARE OF THIS DTDC COURIER COMPANY guys, your parcel, document may reach to you safely, this is my very very bad experience with dtdc, and will be not using this service any more. Either for sending or receiving any kind of documents etc.

I sent a courier Shipment no. H03161292 on dt.2/8/12 from Hitech city road Hyderabad to Kohima (Nagaland State). But till now it is not deliver.
My people checked in delivery counter and main counter on Saturday 11.07.2012 and monday 13/08/12. But not responded.
But in your internet trackfiking show that it reached Guwahati on Tuesday 07/8/12. in internet trackficking shown on date 08.08.2012 FDM Prepared at Guwahati super Franchisee, Guwahati.
Inside there is Important document which needs urgent delivery.
Kindly help us.

Parcel was sent from Solapur on 24 Aug Shipment No.: P20073394 .
Received at latur DTDC on 25 Aug which is Out for delivery on same day.
Yet I didnt get that parcel.I asked at DTDC center Latur, that madam is giving lame excuse and even not ready to talk.
What a Pathetic Service !!!!!
DTDC provides very poor service. I had this kind of bad experience in past also.

Our Office is lying in Sarojini Nagar, Lucknow. There are are several times happened when we are not received our consignment from your services and excuse from your representative that our office is so far from your main head office (Hazratgunj Branch). What kind of Services provided by DTDC? And if DTDC is not able to deliver the consignbment then why you are taking the task for completion.
Please look in the matter and take action for your re-knowed services.
