This is Krishna from Pune. have sent a fotograps to my native and have not deliveried and nor returned back. CN No/Docket no: P19420146 booked on 6th July 2012 DTDC guys dont even know the whether service is available ot not, they just know to colleact the money from customers and run the businnes. I have not seen such shabby service there customer service is useless. I need my documents back and refund. kindly help.

Dear Sir,

It is very unfortunate that the above mentioned percel was despatch from Kolkata 27/07/2012 and reached 28/07/2012 on Mumbai, but still the same was not delevered to my Mira Road residence. your Mira Road Office, Opp - Bharat Gas. every time telling us there system is not working. I don't know what is the acctual problem. this is very important doc.

Please do the needful and rectify your service.

This is saurabh from banglore. my sister had sent Rakhi from bhopal its more then a week now and the rakhi is not deliverd.
I have called the customer care multiple times and i have not recieved any response from them. They are only providing me with the list of contact numbers which are not even answered. DTDC promised the delivery within 3 days and its been more than 7 days now and I have not recieved the parcel yet nor have I got any update on the status. We have taken this service considering it to be the best, but I am severly shocked with their response and even the lack of responsibily they have. The DTDC customer care is not aware of any of the updates on the courier and their response is too bland. It doesnt even show their professionalism.

Please do the needful as soon as possible.

My Sister sent courier ( Rakshi) from Kolkata on 28/07/2012 with Docket no K57249997 to Kothapeta ,East godavari dist , Andhrapradesh.I did not received till now my courior Rakshi festivel went way . After asking your store at kothapeta they are telling we did not received till now, then i contact with ur customer care they are telling it is at Elluru. Then i asked your Elluru office they are telling they already dispatched courior on 31/07/2012 to Kothapeta. But since i am waiting for my courior already Raksh ifestval went .

You decide how sincerity you are doing your work . I m just saluting your performance.

I sent a courier to karnal on 30th july 2012 with CN.No Z66514450 from Sonipat, and according to the info received, it reached the DTDC ofc in karnal on 1st august 2012 but was not delivered at the adddress.
the courier boy told my relatives there on the phone that they will have to come to the office to collect their courier. the letter is still lying in the DTDC karnal office. the amount of rs 30 had been paid by me whereas i could have sent the post my post office with 5 rs stamp on it..!!

you tell me sir, how much do i need to wait for my courier to be delivered? what is the point of sending the post by courier if it takes longer than the normal post?

Dear Concern,

This is regarding the one packet which we couriered through DTDC courier on 24/07/2012 for Faizabad bearing POD no. Z66422527. As this packet had to be delivered very next day of the date of dispatch ,but it could not be delivered till 04/08/2012. Moreover DTDC people are not picking up the calls made by us to follow the Packet. It was an important packet which had to be delivered intime due to which a great amount of loss is faced by me. Request you to do the needful regarding the issue.

If the DTDC not reply against my this complain ......this could be getting great problem for him.

The paecel was not delivered till 5 August, 2012. The courier was urgent and supposed to get delivered within 48 hours. Their tardy and poor customer service has made me suffer a significant loss. DTDC is the one of the worst courier services. These people never update the status of the consignment in the system. When we call them and ask, they say that their system got struck and sometimes they never pick-up the phone.

The people who are working for DTDC near Image hospital in Madhapur, Hyderabad are used to quarrel among themselves and never give response to the customers.
