I have got a DTH HD connection from from airtel tv Account Number 3008960066 from 07/10/2011. For the last four days it is giving the message error code 001.I had complained to air tel atleast 4 times. The complaint nos are 13520838,135597772. They say the engineer will come but nobody turns up. Later they send a message (Video problem 13520838) has been solved with out even visiting the home where set top box /connection is present. “Great” customer service-real pathetic fellows.
