I had taken service from callezee for my business leads on 01/06/2009. They charged me a huge amount for it as we were carried away by they false promises. They stated that they have tied up with yahoo for these leads. They had promised that they could give me 23 leads in 1 months time for Rs. 20,000/-. After the cheque was realised by my bank, I havent heard anything from them.

With regular follow up with their executives, they are just telling us they will look into the matter and call back. The first promise they made was we would be the last company to sign up with them, as they have already enrolled 4 companies for these business leads. Now, at regular interval I am again receiving calls for the same sign up. I believe they have not updated their database that my company is already enrolled with them. This shows that they are planning on registering as many company as they can and then keep their money without offering their service.

We are on August now, and these people have not provided a single lead. I have also informed that to provide refund since you are not offering any service. On this callezee executive says that it is not possible.

I want to put this matter on consumer court,
