sir ye btate huye kafi dukh hai ki singrauli ke tsm, asm, zbm, sare bade ohde wale adhikari sare ke sare currupt ho chuke hai. ye hamare singrauli ke customer retailer distributer sare log presan hai .ye log jo scheme commit karte hai wo pura nahi krte hai .tsm ki language bahut gandi hai jiska ko hum bta nhi sakte. kise bi customer ki kise complain ki sunwai nahi hoti hai. pls solution jld se jld kre.

cell no. 9826075719, connection in the name of Dr. Vijay Agrawal(me) is on hold without any prior intimation . It is causing lot of trouble to me .Right from the beginning of Idea services, I am your customer,if not, then at least for last five years. My current balance is INR 3785.36 and validity up-to Jul 12 2033.
At the time of taking connection all the relevant documents were submitted, like personal photo identification and residential proof etc. and then only connection was issued.
All of a sudden, after so many years of continuous service, to put a connection on hold , in the night ,is not legal . justifiable and rational and more so not in tune with Idea reputation .If there was any problem then the connection should not had been issued right at the time of application i, e, years back. no rules and regulation have been modified till yet .
I think it is not proper,seems to be deficiency in service and is mental and physical harrasment thinking that disconnection will compel the subscriber to rush to the company.
before disconnection the customer care people might have talked to me and given time with full justification .
Please restart and remove the hold tag from the above connection, immediately.
It attracts DEFICIENCY IN SERVICE AND MENTAL AND PHYSICAL AGONY AS WELL AS A LOSS TO MY PATIENTS MEDICAL MANAGEMENT
Please let me know the procedure for changing the service provideer, but before this the matter shold be in knowledge of Shri K M Birla.

I am zameer aalam from bhopal I have taken two numbers of IDEA 9826310159 and 9926414416, I ahve received an smsm for ducuments submission on both the numbers, as both numbers are issued on my name i have submitted all the required documents in given time period , but my no 9926414416 has been taken out ou service, than I submitted the ducements second time, than third time now again they put my same number 9926414416 out of service. due to same problem.
My mother is seriously ILL and 9926414416 is belong to her . kidly note each time i have submitted the documents at IDEA office.

Kindly suggest me what to do next
