Mai kal shaam ko ek baar phir aapke tulsi theatre wale office gaya tha wahan rafeeq siddiqui naam ke aapke employee jisko mai apne documents de kar aaya tha usne bataya ki mai to aapki koi help kar nahi paunga kyonki aap jo de kar gaye the wo maine yahan se bhijwa diye hai aur mere paas BTC House mein madam Nidhi ji hai unki 10.11.2009 ki receiving hai ab jo karna hai unko hi karna hai hum log apne paas koi cheez nahi rokte hum bhej dete hai ab wahi na kare to mai kya karun.

Mam pls. meri help kijiye aur meri outgoing khulwane ki kripa kare.

Mam maine 30.10.2009 ko 1 Reliance CDMA connection with hand set aapke Tulsi Theatre wale office se liya tha jiska no. 9369375310 hai. Iske baad 04.11.2009 ko hamare paas 05223031862 no se phone aaya jisme unhone hamara address confirm kiya. Phir 09.11.2009 ko hamare paas ek sms aaya 52811 no se jis par yeh bataya gaya ki aapke no. par outgoing ki facility band ki ja rahi hai maine 09.11.2009 ki shaam 6.00 baje phir ek naya application form bharke 1 naye photo aur driving license ki photocopy jis apne sign karke Tulsi Office main jama kar di mujhse ye kaha gaya tha ki kal subah 11.30 baje tak aapka no chalu ho jayega. maine kal kai baar aapke customer care par baat karne ki koshish ki lekin wo bhi santosh janak reply nahi de paye unhone bataya ki aapke no. par tariff activate hai balance bhi hai aap tulsi wale office mein jakar mile mai kal shaam phir gaya to unhone bataya ki kal chalu ho jayega. aaj 3.10 p.m. tak outgoing nahi khul payee hai jiski vajah se mera bahut loss ho raha hai mai apne ghar se 30 km door apne office main baitha hu ghar ke haal bhi nahi mil pa rahe hai mere father ki tabiyat thik nahi hai aur mere paas itna samay bhi nahi hai ki mai baar baar aapke office pahuch paun kyonki mai shaam ko 8 baje ke kareeb office se nikalta hun. pls help me & meri outgoing khulwane ki koshish kare.

I am now really frustrated with the service of Reliance. I received an sms from 52811 stating that my outgoing call facility has been barred, and immediately, I am unable to call anywhere, not even the customer care. Please urgently resolve the matter at the earliest and let me know.

On dialing the customer care from another mobile, they told that they haven't received my documents and I need to submit my documents again. HOWEVER, the fact being that I already submitted the documents TWICE and still you want me to submit the documents again!!!!

I have important calls to attend and if you are unable to resolve and enable my outgoing facility, let me know urgently. I will leave Reliance services for good and buy another prepaid operator card.

SMS received:
"Dear Reliance customer, your outgoing call facility has been barred. Please contact Reliance customer care for assistance"
(How the f*** can I call customer care if my outgoing is barred??)


I also had mailed separately repetitive gprs settings error and also for reliance broadband unsuccessful installation charges Rs. 500/- not refunded. But at priority, resolve the outgoing barred issue.

my name is sandeep patil, i was done job in reliance web world near by 14 th month ,,,,every month thery cut the pf amout,, i left the job before 1 and halft year but still not getting my money ..as per govt rule it will be collect within 15 days to 1 month ....but p f office people ......not working properly i m very irrited from that people plz accept my complaints and take action soon

(09304765469) for the last 3 days is automatically rejected but i am able to get incoming calls from the above said no. I would be grateful if u could let me know whether my call has been barred by that no.
