Aircel network is extremely poor and its customer care helpline is never available

I have been using aircel for the past couple of months and am experiencing a pathetic network....I was standing near Mantralaya in Churchgate in the middle of the road and there was no network there...Customer care executives are never available 2 talk and the customer care helpline keeps me waiting for hours before getting connected, which gets disconnected due to network failure just after I tell them my name and mobile number....There is no incentive to use Aircel as call rates are also the same as any other network...And the network problem actually disconnects my call atleast 4-5 times in ten minutes....And to tell my worst experiences, I lodged a complaint on 24th July about false deduction of my balance.....I kept on calling them after a couple of days for the next 8 days but there was no processing of my complaint....The only answer I received was that my complaint was under processing...Finally I decided to write this thread and see if something can be done or not....

Outgoing call facility(complaint no 1634729629) on my cell was barred on 2nd feb 2010 without any reason, when I called customer care I was told that it was Aircel technical problem and it would be restored back in 2 hrs. after 5 hours and 3 calls it was restored with an assurance that it would never happen again.

Over next 5 days it happened 6 times and cycle was repeated, every time I have to call customer care 3-4 times and get it activated. Every time I am told its Aircel’s technical fault and will not happen again. After 6 instances I insisted on speaking to higher authority but even after on hold for more than 15 mins many times I was not allowed to speak to anybody and my outgoing facility is not activated (only after 3 calls activated to be again deactivated after certain time). I was also told that I ‘ll be getting call backs and of course nobody at aircel called back. I am sure no body at AIRCEL cares about customer and customer care dept is dummy with nothing to do except giving false assureance.

Need less to mention that my bill is still not generated , neither have I exceeded my credit limit. Discontinued outgoing has affected my business and I have faced many losses due to same.

Not sure what is solution now and why Aircel is unable to rectify problem.

I escaled problem and nodal officer and other levels and as expected I did not get any response to my calls/mail and I’ll be surprised if any action at all be taken to increase customer care at AIRCEL.

Aircel not good respon me,i use this network for 3 month.
this network not acess my home.(pachoriya,chakarpur.P.O.-khatima)
I am use this no. our second home Khatima,but bed network and gprs
problam very worang experians..... slow speed and disconect every 30min.
pls check network=(1)-Khetal Sanda Kham P.O.-Khatima...(2)-Pachoriya,ChakarpurP.O.=Khatima--

hi i am chaitanya staying at hyderabad i have ported my no from vodafone to aircel but i have experienced poor network coverage , referring and giving of complaint is of no use.

I am daily user of aircel . but before 4 and 5 days network is very poor . I want to use pocket internet but network very poor so I cnnot use internet properly .
