I have been using aircel for the past couple of months and am experiencing a pathetic network....I was standing near Mantralaya in Churchgate in the middle of the road and there was no network there...Customer care executives are never available 2 talk and the customer care helpline keeps me waiting for hours before getting connected, which gets disconnected due to network failure just after I tell them my name and mobile number....There is no incentive to use Aircel as call rates are also the same as any other network...And the network problem actually disconnects my call atleast 4-5 times in ten minutes....And to tell my worst experiences, I lodged a complaint on 24th July about false deduction of my balance.....I kept on calling them after a couple of days for the next 8 days but there was no processing of my complaint....The only answer I received was that my complaint was under processing...Finally I decided to write this thread and see if something can be done or not....
