I have purchased an Airtel Digital TV connection for a 1 YEAR. I have not made any further purchases from them thereafter nor subscribed to anything further
However, they keep making fraud debit entries into customer accounts and disconnecting the TV connection. This has already happened 4 times in the last 2 months in my case....Their accounting practices are all fraudulent.
When i call, they place the call on hold and after 10 minutes of holding the call gets disconnected. Today I have been kept on hold for 27 minutes after they said they will keep me on hold for 5 minutes.
This is absolutely degenerate service bordering on FRAUD.
I request the Honourable Court to pass an order to totally stop Airtel Digital from selling any new connections until they solve the problems of their old customers.
MEANWHILE, I RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE TO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO AIRTEL DIGITAL TV.
