I am a sun direct customer my card no is:41055072650 and my sundirect is not working from last four days and inspite of various ompamintsto customer care nothing happen and i even send to mail to the nodal officer Santokh Singh Mohali twice but will date got no reply and many times customer executive put my call on hold(parbhjot-customer care executive) and not bother to come back.
This type of bullshit services are provided by the sun direct.
Please resolve
nothing is going to happen on this forum, this is just an extension or replica of our own bloody govt run consumer grievence, these people will only laugh and sit over pur grievences.......nothing is but just bullshit in this country.
And worst is the sun direct has diabled their complaint lines, totally isolated their customers, this is more than the verdicts of this lawless nation,,,,,,,nothing but cange over to a better service peovider, ket the CEO of sun direct put our investments in his a******.
This forum admin has only one hard coded reply, " Please provide your details, we will look into it", the asshole dont know this is what we had been listening from the era of our freedom.....hahahaha, this corporates even bribed them.

I HAVE JOINED ROLTA INDIA LTD. MNC MUMBAI IN THE YEAR 2007, I HAVE TO SIGN AN AGREEMENT OF 2.5 LACS WITH UNION BANK OF INDIA AS PER COMPANY POLICY. LATER I FIND THAT THE BANK, UNION BANK OF INDIA HAS PAID 2.5 LACS TO THE ROLTA INDIA LTD. AS AN EDUCATIONAL LOAN ON MY NAME. I HAVE NOT SIGNED ANY SANCTION LATTER NOR THE BANK HAS INFORMED ME ABOUT THE LOAN SANCTION. SINCE THAN I AM PAYING THE E.M.I OF IT FROM MY OWN POCKET. (TOTAL NEARLY ABOUT FEW HUNDREDS OF EMPLOYEE IN ROLTA).
ROLTA NAVER ISSUED ANY CERTIFICATE FOR ANY EDUCATION IF AT ALL CONDUCTED LIKE SOFTWARE TRAINING IN THEIR OWN PREMISES, THIS TRAINING IS FOR THEIR OWN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT. TODAY IF I WANT TO LEAVE ROLTA INDIA LTD. THE COMPANY IS ASKING TO GET N.O.C FROM UNION BANK OF INDIA, AND TO GET N.O.C, UBI IS ASKING FOR THE HALF PAYEMENT i.e 1.25 LACS. AND REMAING AMOUNT IN INSTALLMENT.
PLEASE CAN ANYONE TELL ME IS THIS RIGHT TO HAVE TIUP WITH COMPANY AND BANK FOR SUCH ACTIVITY, DOES BANK HAS RIGHT GIVE EDUCATIONAL LOAN TO M.N.C COMPANY FOR EMPLOYMENT.
PLEASE GIVE ME YOUR SOLUTION AND SUGGESTION.

I've taken a sun direct 5 months ago then for a month It was ok. I do not know suddenly it's stopped telecasting channels so then I called up to customer care people and explained to them my problem.They said that it is some sort technical problem and we will send our technician very soon but sun direct technician never come.I called them again again again...etc same story repeated.Luckly One day a person called me and identified himself as calling from Sun direct and u made a complaint(s) a month(s) back about u have been having problem with Dish.If u are free i'll come and fix it today only otherwise I don't,(very rashly).what can we do, we are just customers I said ok and also I asked him do u have any identity card then he said no that's it.Some one came(said coming from Sundirect)and stole whole house.So now U can undestand how Sundirect sends it's own employees to customers houses with ID so be care ful(particular with sundirect) .
