airtel is deducting unecessarily money and bad response from customer care airtel is deducting uneccessarily money from my prepaid number i put a complaint also some days back nd they said the problem wil be solved but again today morning they hv deducted 200 from my balance nd they are telng tht i downloaded some java games from i dnt knw wher . . . They are nt at all responding properly and also ths is the second time it hapnd please help me nd let me knw wht to do
No proper response in AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE there is no proper response from airtel customer care. for past one week i am getting some unwanted calls and adult messages i ask the airtel to block that no. but the stupid cc. not caring abt it and ask me to go to police station and to give complaint.

hi dear you will not get any reply from airtel even if you get your problem will noy t be solved they will keep fooling you on phone as the case was with me my cus id 3001503855 too had similar problem not solved yet . i have planned to approach consumer courts and seek compensation and have already collected all the nessary information regarding that . you can mail me and get the format for your complain with consumer court its easy . once you lodge the complain airtel will run behind you . my email id is pradeep19augyadav@gmail.com and my ph no is 9457104501 feel free to contact me and get the details
