Hi,

I have a tatasky connection and I had opted for anual super saver pack.
after that I had opted for an addon pack for start cricket.
When I called up to inquire about it,
I was told:
1) they will automatically renew it every month,(without me asking for it)
2) If told them to cancel the pack(starcricket), once the month is over they said they cant do it.
They had told me that if I wanted to cancel I will need to call them at the end of the 1 month period and thats the only time they can cancel the pack.
whihc was ridicules.
We cant keep remembering the dates and keep calling them on the due dates.
3) if we dont cancel and if there is a balance in our account they will keep deducting the amount from the balance.

this is total cheating, I suppose.
Thou they claim that they have mentioned this in the cancalation procedure, this is not soemthing which could be allowed by any service provider.
