Tatasky relocated to new location (de-installation the dish from previous location and installing to new location). They said that your a/c is in negative balance and you need to recharge it immediately in order to get it done in 72 hrs. I obliged the next day and recharged it with 2000 Rs. After 2 days of recharging (16FEB2011) one person directly came to my house and asked me where is the dish to get it installed? I told him that it has to be de-installed from my previous location for which he get irritated saying that why did you called me when you didn’t have dish with you. I told him it is your responsibility to get it de-installed from my previous location, which I already has raised the request. He said that my BTM location doesn’t come under his area so someone else will de-install it from my previous location which I need to carry with me. He went and cancelled my request of relocation (without my knowledge), On 17FEB2011 when I called up the customer care service they said that I have requested for cancellation of relocation services and they have to take another request (another 72 hrs promise). Finally someone de-installed it from my previous location on 19FEB2011 and charged me 125 Rs from my account and they said that it will be installed the next day. I waited next day completely but no one showed up. I called to customer care on 20FEB2011 they said it will be done on 21FEB2011 on priority basis. I called up customer care many times, Every time a new person will give a fake “Apology” and promise me that you will get a call within 2 hrs and it will be done today. After many calls and talking to their supervisor one fine day I got SMS that your service is scheduled on 26FEB2011. I am really frustrated with kind of response, false promises I am getting and I am LOSING the recharged amount on daily basis. I am contemplating to go for consumer court to get my money back for recharged amount and initial payment.
