    IS NOKIA A “CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE” OR “CUSTOMER SLAPPING CENTRE”?
    On Friday, 14th January 2010, I visited the Nokia Care Centre also named as Today Telecom at Lower Parel, Mumbai to fix the vibration problem of my Nokia 3500c phone. I received my token for the service from the owner Mr. Girish Vasantji Gangar. On my turn, I went and sat at the displayed counter where this lady told me that my phone was much damaged (which actually wasn’t, she said it because she saw a little glue, which I had unsuccessfully applied to fix the steel rim of Nokia 3500c). She also said that it would cost me Rs. 55/- just to open up my phone to check the problem and without a guarantee of fixing it back the way it was. I replied saying that, at local stores, they open to check the problem without charging a single penny and fix it back too. She then told me to leave if I wasn’t interested in their service, which I obviously wasn’t, with the fear of having a broken phone and moreover, paying for the damage they could have caused. So, I left the place and after a while I again entered to have a word with the owner as mentioned, since he was sitting at the reception. I requested him to allow me for a word with the Manager and he said that the Manager wasn’t present there; I could meet him on Monday. So, I requested him to provide me with his contact number or ring him up, since I wouldn’t be able to make it on Monday. He started getting rough with me and also manhandled me. He then started threatening me to leave the place. I continued insisting to clarify some rules with the manager, but he continued PUSHING me and then he SLAPPED me hard across my face and PUSHED me out of his store. He EMBARRASSED me in public intentionally. All this simply because, I was trying to contact the Manager at the service centre.
    This kind of behavior of the staff from the well known company NOKIA was not expected. Thereafter, I called police who were kind enough to arrive soon and complaint was lodged at N.M. Joshi Marg Police station against the said Gangar being FIR NO. 83/10 of 2011 dated 14-01-2011.

    sir i have got my nokia 2730c injured and i went to nokia care centre in ludhiana nera fouitain chowk(ashish electroincs ) ,on first day they deposited my mobile then they said your mobile will be ok in 3 days and charged 500 rupees for this .then i went on 4th day they said that u r moblie has so many faults and it will be okay in 4 days and charge 15oo rupees for this .this is not the way to deal with the customers they all are the professinal engg and they should what is gud for the mobile they sir please take action on it .otherwise i will take i will take action against it they are terated us as the beggars they d'nt know hw to deal with customers >>>>>>>>>>>>
    plz plz plz take proper action on it

    Default Not providing of mobile hand set batteries by MICROMAX

    Dear Sir,

    I purchased micromax X-550 series mobile phone on 06.11.2010 with one year warrenty. Now the mobile battery is not available either with the vendor, distributor or at service center. I called on customer care number of micromax on 04.11.11 five times but every time they have given the service center number was wrong, which were not working. On the contrary instated of resolving the complaint, they are talking harshly and not giving time when battery of mobile handset will be available.

    Pls guide how/ where the action can be taken against such companies supplying the products, without providing the accessories.

    WHOM SO EVER IT MAY CONCERN

    Dear

    Recently i ve visited A S RAO NAGAR NOKIA CARE there services is bullshit i can say Manager - Swathi

    three months back i ve taken Nokia mobile had a touch problem for my nokia mobile i ve already said her its in warranty she dnt seen the bill for the purchased date went inside and said for these we would charge 1450/- i ve said its in warranty how can you charge 1450/- its like that only she replayed me.
    its a phathatic or else they want to cheat customers

    Default Dealer poor response

    Sir,


    I purchase cell phone in Madan mobile, Vellore (dealer: Nokia cell phones), No 73, Arcot Road, Opp CMCH, Vellore – 632 004 on 30/03/2012 my mobile model no x2-02 D Blue IMEI 351960055305528, 351960055305536.
    I observed next day itself Tower fluctions due to bad signal battery backup will reduce within one day with usage of phone 30 minutes. I informed the above dealer this problem on 2/04/2012 is reply, due to SIM card, the same SIM card I previously used in Nokia mobile model 1101 there is no tower fluctions. The dealer told Nokia Mobile model 1101 is basic model; we put any SIM card tower fluction never accrued. Next day I put same SIM Card in Nokia Model C1-01 model tower is very good signal.
    The above dealer bad response above this complaint nokia model x2-02.
    My Bill no 5454/30/03/2012. Kindly advice what I can do I purchase this mobile hardly earn money that cost is Rs 3270/= without, Memory card, data cable.
