Its with great pain and anguish I'm writing this email, I really regret to say that one of the worst decision in my life was to accept the offer of tower allotment in my land.
But now I am humbly requesting to you kindly look in to this matter. I Mr. Abdul Rasheed Bhat, S/o Late Gh. Rasool Bhat, R/O Mumkak, Batapora Sopore, Distt. , Baramulla, J&K, India. I want bring to your kind notice that we have been allotted a BHARTI AIRTEL tower in our own land in November/December 2006.This tower was sectioned to me for my own land in house premises by your authorities Bharti Airtel (Tower allotment sight is Tawheed Bagh Mumkak, Batapora, Sopore in our house premises).All the required documents and agreement was signed and work was also completed for site. Almost tower was near to complete when our neighbors’ lodged complaints for the same. A stay order was noticed by court as our neighbors’ started complaint for said tower.
According to the agreement signed by us and your company was that we will be receiving 5000Rs each month when work will get started for the construction of tower. After signing we have received the monthly rent of Rs5000 for 7-8 months and money was stopped because of stay order by our neighbours.From that period of time to till date we have not received a single penny from your agency/authority. Nobody came in front from your authority to answer court and no body fought the case and our land was occupied by your authorities from that time. The case of this tower was fought by me in sub-district and high court and I used all my money and time for wining them. I was fighting this court case from January 2007 and finally won in 2010 ending.
I am an old person by age and seven family members are dependent on me including five daughters. I was fighting for this tower case almost from 4 years I sold land to win this case so this could be a source of income for my family. I visited every office’s located in Distt. Baramulla and Srinagar for help and payments. I visited the concerned people who were involved in this at the time of sectioning and agreemental processes, but all in vain and till date no body helped me. Even I fought with my all neighbors’ for this tower allotment and start. I used all my money for winning this tower case and finally I received a go ahead notice from the court for starting the tower. Now tower is in working condition but nobody is taking responsibility to release my payments which are pending from past 4 years. This is not just they cheating on common people but they cheat the most reputed company in India for telecommunication .They all are robbers which are robbing people by this prestigious name of your company .
From almost 5 years I am looking after this tower and its all parts and other valuable item which were laying down at site even during the turmoil situation in Kashmir. This was also accepted at the time of agreement that I will be paid for caretaker. From past 5 years I was appearing every 3 weeks in front of judge and advocates and paid their all fees from my pocket.

I am very disappointed by your authorities who never came in this issue. Now the Tower is in working condition and services are operational. I very confused and frustrated what mistake I did that we gave my land for your tower because no one is listening to my voice.
I kindly request you please for god’s sake solves this issue and look forward your attention and cooperation to settle down this problem by releasing of my payment which is pending till date.


Kindly look in this matter and think about my kids and my family, we have no choice left for our income.
So please consider my complaint and take some action.
