I purchased Samsung LCD TV (81 cms) on 11th November’ 2010 from Reliance Digital Store, Shipra Mall, Ghaziabad. Order number is 20990055928349. As part of available scheme I received free Airtel DTH along with this. Serial Number for Rs. 999 activation coupon is 3302103999514144 and the card is valid till 7th Feb’ 2012 (as written on the coupon). When I tried to get this activated on 24th December'2010 through Airtel Customer Care, I was informed by Airtel that the coupon is in their stolen list and it can not be activated/used. When I contacted the Reliance Digital, Shipra Mall, regarding this, they told me that coupons in this scheme were valid only till 15th Dec’ 2010. I was not informed any scheme validity date at the time of purchase and it is also nowhere written on the coupon/bill/ activation kit.

I requested them to replace the coupon but they are not agreeing. Please help to resolve this ASAP.
