    Unhappy Complaint against Reliance communication for poor service

    Dera Sir/Madam,


    This complian is regarding poor service provided reliance by communications contact center/call center bangalore(cox town/bharat nagar) division. I bought reliance GSM sim bearing phone no. 9590825733 some one month back(i,e in the month of april 2009). i use this number for outgoing purpose only, to my shock i discover that my number has been barred and they dint provide me any notice regarding same.Then i call up at contact center to enquire about same,they told that my number has been barred because my adress is not verified and told me to resubmit the application once again with supporting document.so i submitted the application form with xerox copy of my driving licence and college id there at reliance world(banaswadi main road) branch on 12th may 2009, representative over there told me that my no. will get activate within 48 hours so i waited to 48 hours but it dint get resolved. After waiting for 48 hours,once again i raised the same issue once again by calling up there at their contact point but to my dissapointent representative over there keep on giving fake reason,sometime by saying that the SERVER is down and sometime by saying they have sent the issue to concern technical department and so on. Not only this,some of heir representative used ABBUSIVE language too and slam down the phone like anything.
    After all this drama once again they finally told me to wait for another 7-8 hours so i did but they still dint resovle my problem.i finally loose my patience and went there at relaince world(banawasdi main road) branch once again regarding same and to my surprise they simply turn down my problem by saying their part of work is over and they cant do anything about it.,they dont even bother to call up their technical depatment regarding delaying atleast for customer relieve. actually its shame for managent of reliance communication to recuit such an irresponsible staff.

    Default Fraud on Reliance 999 Unlimited plan

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Today on 31-07-2009 6:45 PM i have recharged my Reliance prepaid CDMA connection with Unlimited 999 plan in which we get rerliance to reliance unlimited call and Rs 39 recharg for 50 Paisa STD call.
    When i have recharged i made call to reliance mobile to and i got 3 Rs deducted.

    When i called Reliance Customer Care *369# they told me that Rs 39 recharge override the 999 Unlimited plan so you would not get the benifit of 999 Rs. It is disabled when i asked for money back they told me it would not refund its gone. Even they were not lodging my compain when i ask them to their manager after a 1 hours total hold down time they told me that it can refund back. and asked me to call

    Easy recharge customer care then i approached to the shop keeper where i got rechare he made call to the esy recharge cusomer care and they have also took half and hour and at last they told that it can be refund when we asked then what about our Rs 999 they said there is no system to refund it back.

    I lodge a complain after s0 many try and got complain no. 105705153. but when called up again for the same they told me that it can not be done.

    Dear Sir/madam, Please help me out i am very dipressed that my hard earn money is just waisting for nothing which i have not even used a single rupee.

    Default RELIANCE Netconnect Brodband+ BILLING FRAUD

    Dear Sir,

    I have bought the Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ device for Rs.3500/-

    I have recived the attached bill where they generated twice in a month. As per the plan, I can use 10GB bandwidth at a monthly rental of Rs.1099/- and beyond that they will charge @ Rs.2 per 1 MB. But in my bill, they just gave 7443 MB and didn't even charged full mothly rental ( calculated on daily basis ). and remaing bandwidth charged at Rs. 2 per MB.

    Its clearly mentioned that my credit limit is Rs.1900 and i got the bill for Rs. 11394 /-

    Kindly advise how to proceed on this.

    Dear Sir,

    You can find the contact details of Nodal officer from the Website of the Reliance Telecom. First send your complaint to the nodal officer and the nodal officer will have to provide you solution within 10 working days. If he fails to do so you can forward your complaint to the Appellate Authority of the Co. Both informations are available on their website. Pls. follow that process to get the solution on Co. level.

    Angry complaint against reliance gsm service

    dear sir/ madam.
    i am a reliance gsm customer from westbengal, p.o. ethelbari,dist jalpaiguri-735204,,,my reliance mobile number is +919641591351
    i have recharged my mobile no. with STD calling card of 650, but i m unable to make calls from the card,i have called reliance customer care but the disconnect my call if i ask more questions regarding my complain,after calling them several times they have registered my complain but sill they have not taken any action against my problem.Kindly help me

    Dear Sir,

    First of all send a complaint letter to the Nodal officer, as soon as possible and wait for the response for at least 10 days. Just inform us if you got any solution but in case of no help pls. contact us again after 10 days. The contact details of Nodal officer is :

    Default Reliance Communications Ltd is Worst

    Hi,

    I had Reliance broadband landline service. Due to some business dispute of Reliance with some third party in our area (Sector 11, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai) Reliance could not provide me the service since last week of October 2008, despite failing to provide me the service it kept on raising bills after bills with monthly rentals. There was absolutely no voice usage during this period (the fact has been acknowledged by Reliance officials themselves). When the matter was brought to the notice of Reliance customer center, they passed me a waiver of two months (November and December).
    But again in January they have raised a bill. I applied for termination in February and one of their personnel even reached my house where a final settlement was made as per instructions from the call centre.
    However, I have received a legal notice to pay Rs 462. They have charged me for the month of March, while my phone was terminated in February itself.
    I therefore appeal all of you never ever use a Reliance communication connection. They are absolutely disorganized, there is no coordination between their departments at all.

    Thumbs down no network coverage daily for 4-5 hours

    Dear Sir,
    I am the student of IIT ROORKEE, I have reliance gsm network connection.The condition of network is so pathetic,regularly it is gone for 4-5 hours and during working condition also the voice quality is low and network signals are low.

    Kindly pay attention to my request and take the required action as soon as possible.

    Default charged for free reliance number without any prior information.

    My self ‘Mahendra S Singh’ is a consumer of Reliance Telecom company. My mobile number is 9320004849 and my consumer number is 2353281794. I have been charged for 1 free reliance number in the month of august. The number is 09691826158. There has been no charge taken on this number for the calls made till 13th Aug 09. From 19th onwards every call on this number is charged with the rate of 1.50 Rs per min. I came to know when the bill increased the credit limit and my outgoing were stopped. I requested for bill and after checking the details I came to know that calls are been charged for free reliance number. When spoken to customer care executives they said that it was informed to customer via sms that free service has been stopped to smart phone of MP and Bihar. But I haven’t received any sms till date. I have spoken to supervisor also regarding the same and logged a complain (complain number: - 107854780) on date 27/08/09 to check the details and waive the amount charged on the free reliance number as there was no prior information provided to me by any means. After continuous follow up with the customer care executives and supervisor I dint got any kind of satisfactory reply. I dint got any call from the concerned dept to which the complain was forwarded. After speaking again and again with supervisor they provided me their senior numbers, which were of
    1) Mr. Chatterjee: -: 3297800
    2) Mr. Narendra raheja :- 30364702
    3) Ms Sudha :- 30346328
    These numbers were either continuously ringing or continuously busy. After continuously trying on these for almost a week I dint got any kind of response from these numbers. I have received no call from customer care for the above complain made.

    Thumbs down Poor Network of reliance in indistrial area jagdishpur,sultanpur

    Dear sir, i am a post paid customer of reliance cdma no is 9369992737 and i had complained regarding poor network of reliance in indistrial area jagdishpur,sultanpur from last may 2009. i had complain to customer csre 3 to 5 times but no solution.

    Default Very poor service

    Dear Sir,

    I was using services of other telecomm service provider. With renown name I have just shifted to Relaince. My No is 8055805877

    But, It is very sad to say that Company like relaince communication is not able to provide the service and desire network.

    During the feed back call it was reported to executive regards the bad network. The reply was talk to customer care.


    I have also mailed to nodal office but no responce is recieved.

    Default Very poor service

    Sir,
    I bought a mobile on 13/11/2009. Model No. is LG RD 6700. but it was failed after two weeks of my purchase date. I gave it to the LG service centre and received "Dead on Arrival" certificate for replacement of mobile on 17/12/2009. Still i didnt received replacement. I am a working person from purchase. I am not able to survive without mobile in my field. How long i can able to manage? Is this the service you are showing towards your customer? for past two weeks i am searching for mobile in my nearest Reliance Web world (up to Kilpauk). since there is no reply.. How long you will take to do me favour? or what is the proper way to proceed?
