Bcz His Mistek Till Now dated 17.12.10 No any Proper Reply ,,,,,, Verry Verry Bad communication By staff and Very Bad service Given By Kalyan CEnter ,,, We knw this is Big Firm But Dhirubhai Ambanis Thought are Forgate Now HIs staff ......... This is very Sadddddd to all of us !

I am using RELIANCE GSM Prepaid SIM Card' No.:-+919016544852 from Vadodara, Gujarat. I was charged Rs. 20/- on 7th jan,2011 for some MVDO service, which I didn't even know, I got SMS at 3:31 pm on the same day "Thanks for subscribing MVDO where you can upload and download videos from your mobile".
I had done nothing from my mobile except one call, on the same day. When I called their customer complaint they refused to refund my balance. It is a kind of FRAUDALANT activity by a reputed company.

we are using this number from 7-8 years and from last six months our phone set is not working and its completely dead and we approached customer care 100 of times to change the phone set but in vain we also requested them to disconect our phone but the assured us to change the set within 48 hours but sill 30 days past no action has been taken.

this complain rgardinig the unwanted subscriptin for reliance pack ind the month of january three time my balance deducted when on 5th january when my balance duducted i call to customer care they said that some movie masala & cricket pack i rquest that deactivate all sevices the customer care said that all services are deactivated
ON 20TH january again my balance is deducted i again call to customer care for many time some one said tht system nor working some one syas call after 6 hours then we can check your number status. i call after 6 hours then they sid me that some servic is activate (i forgot the servce name) thats why your balance deducted i again request to deactivate the service they said that you are un subscribe for the service.
ON 29TH january i recived a massage that you are subscrib for a caller tune i call to customer care and they told me that send a massage and you are unsubscrib for this service i send massage for two time (unsub1003 to 155223 as given in the massage) after this i recive a massage that your request is registerd and you will intimate shortly
but today on 30th jan i recive a massage that your subscrib for a caller tune for whole month and rs30/- is ducted from my account .
when i dont want to subs cribe the servce why forcly i subscrib for srvice in this month total 90/- Rs duducted forcly
what is ther solution for this every time i request to deactivate the service bur after some time agian subscrib for a new service this happns regulerly from last 3 -4 month every month i request to deactivate the services in next month again a new service is activated and in the this month i subscrib for 3 times this too much I GIVE COMPLAINT THROUGH CALL EVERY TIME BUT MY PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED SO I COMPLAINT THROUG THIS COMPLAINT BOX
PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM OTHERWISE LAST SOLUTION IS TO PUT THE NO CLOSE I CHANGE MY SERVICE PROVIDER

On 31/01/2010 Rs.49 Deducted from my account
when on 01/02/2011
on morning when i check my account i found Rs. 49 has deducted from my account then immediate i have call on 198 to know why the money has deducted from my account
At 11.00 A.m i call on 198 and started my conversation to Mr. Rakesh they told that some combo pack activated in your account for that they charge Rs.49.
but i never request to approve to activate the service
they are making me fraud by deducting balance from my account then mr rakesh transfer the call to Abhinav, then abhinav transfer the call to shabana, same problem again, shabana transfer the call to her Tl to MR. parthav. the problem is a same when i ask to transfer the call the direct manager they say manager will call you back in before 1.30 pm on same dated.
i have wait but i diidnt recived the call partan has given me one number i.e. (2157667147)
I again call on 198 at 2.30 Pm on same dated then Mis gudu recived the call, but sittl i didnt get proper response regards my balance.
So. sir please take a look of my problem and resolved it.

Dear Sir,
MY name is deepak ahuja. My complaint aginst CDMA Service from your side. I had lost my handset five day before. On behalf of lost sim, I have taken new sim from reliance webworld, Jagat puri, Delhi. Today is the Fourth Day, My sim has not been activated inspite of so many complaint. Niether i am able to do call nor recieve any call. This is my five year old number. I am facing many problem without this number. My reliance number is 9311311070 which I have Lost. So Please do my favour and activate my sim as soon as possible.

i m a reliance user and i m using that no. from a long time .But i was shocked when i came to know that my all call details and my information was leak by reliance care and they didn't do this according to rules they did it without any legal permission..........

This complian is regarding poor service provided reliance by communications contact call center Mah & Goa division. I bought reliance GSM sim
bearing phone no. 9021186191 some Three year back. i use this number for outgoing & incoming purpose,to my shock
i had called to customer care on 5th february 2011 at around 1 o'clock at noon, for kwowing about balance deduction which had worngly got deducted,
i spoke with ur executive he was not able to help me i asked for esclation he tranfer my call toward Ansari samma or sanam, she dont have skill to
spoke to customer with tone and manner, i was saying that raiesd my compalint for wrong deduction but she dint raised afterward she transfer my call to
Superwiser SANTOSH WESALE who put me on hold & had disconnect my call, i am quality analysis thais why i knowabt call center so I dint use single abusive word for that he could disconnect the call, so I request u that pls
listen that call.
I got my balance which had worngly deducted from my a/c but
actually its shame for managent of reliance communication to recuit such an irresponsible staff.
