    Default Humble request - New Reliance postpaid MDN Changed has no network.

    Humble request to you!!!!

    Reliance have not given me any response. Reliance customer care should have to respond on this issue otherwise let me go to higher authorities.

    I changed my MDN number from 9368680800 to 9359090100 on 26-07-10. from DEEPALI INFOCOM (Reliance Web World Express) NEW AGRA-282005 , Since the very first day it has no network signals. Whenever tried to contact anybody, always get disconnected. I am fed up of it. Kindly plz Urgently fix the problem otherwise i will have to go to consumer court.

    Please do the needful as soon as possible or give me new MDN number as because Postpaid connection is always good in network.

    HAD APPLIED FOR ADD-ON SERVICE TO MY EXISTING CDMA PHONE #9374079004 , THE SERVICE IS NOT INSTALLED TILL DATE EVEN AFTER MANY FOLLOW UPS .AND I HAVE RECEIVED A BILL FOR THE SAME, THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES SEEM TO BE DUMB AND DO NOT UNDESTAND THE IMPORTANCE OF PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE, LEAVE ASIDE THE PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE,,VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AT WEB WORLD cj road maradia plaza Ahmedabad... THE CENTRE INCHARGE AMAR RAO SAID HE DOES NOT HAVE THE POWER TO HELP ME WITH MY PROBLEM - I DONT UNDESTAND WHY SHOULD HE BE SITTING THERE IF HE DOES NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO SATISFY THE CUSTOMERS NEED RELATED TO SERVICES PROVIDED. I WILL AAPRITIATE IF SOMEONE COULD TRAIN THE CUSTOMER EXECUTIVES AND ALSO HELP ME WITH THE SITUATION I AM IN, WITH THIS VERY UNRELIANBLE RELIANCE SERVICE.

    Default Unauthorised Activitation of Cricket Service pack

    My reliance Mobile no is 09350780821. SInce past four days daily I am complaining regarding unauthorised activation of Cricket pack on my phone. Daily Rs. 5/- are being deducted from my account. Daliy person from consumer services assures that Pack will be deactivated and my amount will be refunded, but nothing is happening. My complaint nos are : 133843291, 133669323, 133606246, 133760411. Kindly help me.

    Hi,
    I am not satisfied with Reliance services. I called in custmer care about 30 times for gprs settings. But they told me that we will send you settings in 5 minutes.I am going to change the network because othrs are providind better services than RELIANCE.

    Default outgoing call blocked after 2 months

    Hi,

    I have been using Reliance CDMA Number from last 2 months. I have submitted all documents which you required at your Reliance communication Branch karve Nagar, pune. Owner of the shop name is Rahul. he took all documents and submitted at your office. This problem is happened with me previous months also that time i was contacted shop keeper, after that my problem was resolve but still i am facing same problem. Please guide my to activate my outgoing calls and how i will take action against him...........


    looking for my solutions because each hours cost me ...........

    Default Unnecessary jokes messages from company. Requests unsolved. Amt deduction daily.

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I am a reliance smart user since more than 1 year. About 15 days back i am receiving jokes as message from unidentified location. i.e. no senders name. Perhaps its from company since company deducting amount daily. My balance reducing daily from approx 200/- to now remains 80/- only. I registered complaint at customer care i.e on 198. After trying alot of time on day at 4 AM succeeded & got a complaint request no i.e.135155769 & informed that within 24 hours message service will be terminated. But not done. Again I tried with giving service request no then they given 2 more numbers to unregister. But they are already unregistered. Now situation is same & deduction is continue. I am planing to discontinue the cell no after all balance amount will be finished. I will get another cell no but not of reliance communication. I thought its not the solution I should inform this to company of poor customer support & earning money like thief's do, taking money without informing & becoming millinery.
    Looking for permanent solution as using customers money company earning for false service.

    Thumbs down reliance not giving me my account balance details

    i was kept waiting on a call for 15 mins and then told that they were not able to connect me to the required personnel.
    the other day, my account balance got consumed and i was told that since my message booster didn't got automatically reactivated,so the balance was consumed.
    but the same day , money got removed from my account for the message booster. now wen i am asking for my account balance details, i am not gettin any reply.

    my service request got processed and i was told that my booster didn't get activated that day.
    i want to know , if there's a problem in reliance system,then why do i have to pay extra for my messages. i never came to know that if i have balance in my account , still booster wont get activated.

    Please help.

    i have changed a number postpaid to pre-paid, im compliaint several time webworld,costumercare,i have called reliance customer care but the disconnect my number regarding my complain,after calling them several times they have registered my complain but sill they have not taken any action against my problem.Kindly help me.im paid all dues. 26.08.10.but no changed my number .im complaint 26.08.10.today is 8.09.10.but activated my number today postpaid.but not converted.

    this is "sanjay Yadav" Mobile no. 9015782671(GSM) , I'm Rim user from last 2 year it's really giving gud services thx 4 dat. bt m facing only one problem dat is related to Sms. Actully my concern is dat m not able to send a sms to specific no. (7503206926) some time msg send bt dilivered very late. and m facing this problem from last 6-7 month. M already call to ur customer care and he raised my complaint many time...plz check it out, complaint no. - 119503316, 117596044, 116780429, 120369238... i have more complaint no. bt plz chek these complaint and give me a proper solution plz ... currently m not using my rim no. coz only of this sms problm and m switch to Aircel! plz chek my problem and revert me back.... M waiting
    ur cust care service is vary bad seriously u hv to improve this service, ur executive talking style is very rude ... Plz solv this problem as soon as posible!! thx

    ]myself dr prem sagar panda draw ur attention towards the non response of the reliance customer care executive & harassing the customers severely.they deducted balance of rs 10/- from their side & they are accusing me for activating phone back up service,which i have not done....also they dont respond to my complain.my number is 09861160402 & my email address is drpspanda@gmail.com

    I have filled a complain regarding information not provided on time and due to delay in information I have to suffer for about 250/-. I am asking for the refund and also demand the assurance from the Nodal Officer that It should not happen in the future.

    Hi,

    I am your CDMA subscriber with number 9346454545, I have purchased a Blackberry Pearl 8130 handset from your webstore with Invoice No.0101773388 Dt. 10/21/2009, RSN.ESN No. 07615601666. My Blackberry handset developed a problem and stopped functioning, I had handed over the handset to your executive Mr. Siva Kumar (9397317222) on 22/07/2010 in your webstore at Dwarakanagar.

    I was asked to get back to them after 10 days, after which when I contacted them was informed that my handset was not functioning and has to be replaced since it was under warranty.I was again asked to get back after one week, after which when contacted I was told that my handset will arrive from Mumbai in a weeks time. I was asked to contact Mr. Venu (9397939391) of Blackberry Service center Hyderbad the next week for the status of my handset, and ever since then till date I was being made to run from post to post. Every time I call them they ask me to call back next week and the same answer until date with no outcome. I had also lodged a complaint with your coustmer care over the mobile after I was fed up with the response of your executives. The Interaction I.D is 194/9554588 wherein I spoke to Ms. Aarthi with the Request No. 136009784 on 06/09, Request No. 1953662121 on 07/09, Request No. 1963522693 on 13/09 and Request No. 137041430 on 20/09

    I wish to express my disappointment over the way I was treated by all your customer service executives, even after almost two months after I handed over the handset for service there is no outcome till date. I request you to look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

    Post complaint against GSM Cotumer care

    dear sir/ madam.
    i am a reliance gsm customer from Utter Pradesh(West), p.o. Chamrawali,dist Baghpat-250615,,,my reliance mobile number is +919027955139
    i have not used my no for last Three or four months so my incoming and outgoing have blocked by Reliance then i calling costumer care for re active my no. and they said to recharge for Rs. 50 etop up then i recharged my my no. by above. but my incoming is active at the time of recharge and outgoing is not active till now. now i call to costumercare but that no. is also blocked for my no. and my balance is also cut. now tell me what can i do. Kindly help me and take an action against my problem.
