Hi Sir,
I have changed my RELIANCE Netconnect Brodband+ Postpaid connection to prepaid. Still they didn't change my connection and sent bill for postpaid connection. Eventhough I mentioned those issues with RelComm customer center in chennai West Mambalam and mailed them, they again and again ask the payment for postpaid connection only.
And they told me that they tried my cell for confirm the change from postpaid to prepaid and my cell phone is in switched off. They tell lie actually. Many of them call my mobile on that day. But they simply told my mobile was in switched-off. And they told just they tried my cell only one time. This is not the responsible answer, right ? Anyway Kindly tell me the procedure to terminate the connection.
