    Post RELIANCE Netconnect Brodband+ Postpaid BILLING FRAUD

    Hi Sir,

    I have changed my RELIANCE Netconnect Brodband+ Postpaid connection to prepaid. Still they didn't change my connection and sent bill for postpaid connection. Eventhough I mentioned those issues with RelComm customer center in chennai West Mambalam and mailed them, they again and again ask the payment for postpaid connection only.

    And they told me that they tried my cell for confirm the change from postpaid to prepaid and my cell phone is in switched off. They tell lie actually. Many of them call my mobile on that day. But they simply told my mobile was in switched-off. And they told just they tried my cell only one time. This is not the responsible answer, right ? Anyway Kindly tell me the procedure to terminate the connection.

    Thumbs down failure of management in gsm service

    dear sir/madam,
    i have a gsm connection of rcom. it has a pathetic management often.
    first of all, most of the sent msgs r delivered quite late though the ph is available with full network.
    then, during most of the calls, usually voice from either caller or recepient hangs up. and the call is ended only in helloooo.......
    it creates quite inconvinience during official calls.
    also usually during making a call, the call ends with no prior notice at all as busy, not reachable etc.
    kindly pls deal over the prosecusion.

    Default Complaining against DEAD Blackberry Handset.

    Sir,
    I would like to let you know that I purchased a Blackberry 8230 (RSN/ESN No. – A000000D9FFA7A) on 15 May 2010 from Reliance Web Store, Burdwan, W.B. (Invioce No. : 1800250389, dt. – 15/05/2010).

    Right from the beginning I was facing problem using the handset. It was getting Hanged whenever I get a call in waiting. I informed that several times to the Sales Person of Burdwan Web Store (Mr. Badsha, 09333744865),who told me that he will resolve any service problem of that Blackberry handset as there is no Service Centre at Burdwan, at the time of purchase but the problem did not resolved. On 8 June 14, 2010 morning my Blackberry handset became complete DEAD. I gone to Reliance Web Store and meet Mr. Badsha and informed him the handset has become Dead. He asked me to go to Blackberry service at Camac Street Web Store, Kolkata and I will get a “NEW Handset” by hand on the same day. I asked him to give me the telephone no. / contact no. of Blackberry Service Centre, but he failed to do so. I also called the Blackberry customer Care at 022-30336363 on 8 June 2010 evening. The executive also advised me to contact to the Blackberry Service Centre, and failed to give me the contact no. of the service centre.

    As per these informations I went to Camac Street Web Store, Kolkata (which 150 km appx. from Burdwan) on 9 May, 2010 and meet Mr. Subhankar (09331430668) over there. He tried to reload the Software but failed, and informed me that the Handset is complete Dead and need to be replaced. This process will take “at least 15 days”. I asked him to give me the Complain number but he told me that it is not possible. I called Mr. Badsha and informed him the fact, but he refused to agree that the replacement process can take that much time. He constantly miss guided me about it right from the beginning. I feel that his only motto was to sell the Handset at any cost to fulfill his target given by the company.

    Anybody from any end did not seemed to feel my problem. I use this phone for by business purpose and not for chatting. And it has been stopped working for the last seven days. I am facing a huge loss in my business for this phone. Now, I am in a position from where I am forced think at I have done a Great Blunder by purchasing a Blackberry Handset and spending a lot of money, or rather I should not use Reliance service for business purpose. I also have another 4-5 telephones using Reliance Network, including a Reliance Landline connection, which I use for my business also.

    Now, my question is that was it my fault that I believed on Reliance Communication and Blackberry, whom I believed one of the best companies of India rather of the World or What ? Who will compensate the loss of by business for these seven days ? Reliance Communication ? Blackberry ? Mr. Badsha ? or Mr. Subhankar ?

    I waited for seven days, as Mr. Tathagata, Manager Reliance Web Store, Burdwan requested me to do so, as he will look after the matter. But I think every thing should have a limit.

    Let me inform what should I do ?

    Default complaint against fraud dealer

    Dear sir
    Today,I have come to know that a dealer of your company named LIVANA TELECOM, DARSHANI BAZAAR,JANDIALA GURU.DIST. AMRITSAR having mobile no.9023146155, is giving connection to the people by giving false proofs. He has given two connection to someones showing my licence proofs and my photo. I have not applied for those connections. I do not know from where he has taken my proofs. Thus he is black listing your company. Nobody will believe in your company. Please look into the matter and take a strict action against the above said dealer. Otherwise i will complain against him to the police. You will be responsible for that. Kindly reply me as soon as possible on my email.

    Angry Call Drop Service By reliance

    Hi Harshad here,

    I am holding postpaid connection from 2006.
    Mobile Number 9373391733
    Relationship Number : 2307548812
    I am facing call drop problem from 4 months.
    For only 2 minutes call I have to make 5 to 6 calls to complite.
    [I thnk drop problem is the way to make more money.]
    I had complianed to cuctomer care but got very poor responce.
    I think this problem is due tower near my house.
    In my appartment there 3 to 4 another reliance users,
    there are also facing same problem.
    Can u please solve this problem ?
    If this problem is not solved there is only one way that we have to leave
    reliance.

    Default Security Deposit not refunded after 10 months of surrendering the Sim

    Dear Sir/Madam
    I surendered my sim bearing Mobile No-9864021872 to Santi Telecom , Lanka, Dist-Nagaon, Assam on 4th August 2009 Till Date I have not received my Security Deposit amount. Meanwhile I have made many calls to Reliance Customer Care, but till date I have not received any positive news, doing all calls means my waste of time and money.
    I am surprised that a very big as well as reknown company like Reliance Teleccom Limited can do such thing to its ex-customer. This is my money lying with Reliance and I am not getting the same over a period of 10 months, I do not think that the Company Like Reliance Telecom is doing the business with my money or the company policy is not permitting to refund my security money.
    Initailly my address was C/o-P.N.Pharma Marketing Services Pvt.td, Gour Smriti, A.K.Deb Road, Guwahati-781025.Then in the month of March 2009 I changed my address C/0 Hari Singh, Ward No-4, Punjabi Basti, Town Lanka, Dist-Nagaon, Assam and stayed there till March 2010. At present due to change of my job my communication address is " JINDAL SAW LTD, HOUSE NO-291, ZOO NARENGI ROAD, GUWAHATI-781024 , Mobile No-8876555576.
    Under such circumstances I request you to send my Security Deposit Money to my present address as early as possible.

    Default Reliance commuincation is Fraud service provider

    Hi,

    I am facing the problem that i am not receiving incoming sms from last more than 1 weeks and many times i raised the complain but without any resolution they are closing the complain and when i am calling again to check the status they always says complained is closed. Even nobody saying sorry simply every time they are raised new complain. As per my experience technical department of reliance communication is fraud. I said i want to talk to your senior management on that they say they are busy so they are unable to talk to you. I am missing my important messages because of their negligence.

    Cool regarding poor net work in reliance

    im using reliance network for last two years im not getting network coverage in kanyakumari dist. the exact place is karungal village.please take necessary steps we dont have a tower in this area{theruvukadai in karungal}....

    mai Dhiraj Zinta Shila (H.P.) se complained kar raha hoon ki mane BSNL ki khraab network k leye kaafi baar costumer care ko complained kar chuka hoon lakin oos par koi sunwai nahi ho rahi hai. mera no. 91-9418663244 hai. Jab costumer care ko fon karo to vo yehe kehte hai ki aap ki complain aage forward kar de jaa chuki hai or msg k dvaara aap ko complain number bhej deya jaayega. aap he bataao ab mai kya karoon.

    Default Reliance Broadband charging even with network issue

    Hi team

    We had reliance connection which worked fine for a while. Now past 2 months they have cable problem in that area and they could not fix it. After 3 weeks of my complaint they ahve come back with issue with network. So i had to cancel service.

    now tehy are charging me for 2 months including their trying to fix period where they found out cable issue.

    I have spent 2 months with customer service with no service. I have sent email to nodal office of Karnataka as well.

    Any further action I could take now?

    regarding poor net work in reliance

    im using reliance network for last 4 years im not getting network coverage last 3-4 monts in SHASTRI NAGAR COLONY,GORAKHNATH MANDIR ROAD,GORAKHPUR-273015 . please take necessary steps ,i think one tower in this area but not provide to service.

    Unhappy Complaint against poor network at laxmi nagar

    Dear Officer,

    I want to draw your attantion to my complaint filed with reliance customer care No. 129496565 dated 17.06.2010, where as per TRAI's regulation it was supposed to be disposed off in 3 days, but even after 20 days of my complaint still there is no progress in bettering the network at laxmi nagar & i am still facing the problem of week network, also another thing is that i was charged for the caller tune which i never requested for & which i deactivate soon as per customer care executive that the same charge will be credited back to my balance within 48 hrs but i never got the same, kindly help in these issues.

    Hope to have a possitive response from your side..

    Default Complaints reegarding fraud in caller tunes etc.

    this is very discustng that I have complaint about the disconection of reliacnce hello tune on my number.
    Istly reliance has activated a reliance hello tune without my permission and they are debiting the hellotune charges to my number month by month.

    I have made many comlaints regarding this but there is no response from the customer care executives they told me many time that there was problems in their system and many time they have not responded to me.

    I asking to reliance management that is there any one who can listen to us?

    I'm M.Dileep from hyderabad. My Father (M.S.M. Raju) is using reliance cdma (prepaid) from the past 6 years. Recent times without any prior intimation he is being charged for various value added services which were not activated by him. Many a times we asked to your customer care executives to deactivate all such services but in vain. Yesterday (11/07/2010) also my dad's balance was again deducted. I request the appropriate authority to solve this at the earliest convenience.

    Hello,
    As you mentioned that you have already registered your complaint with the Reliance customer care but still not get any response, so we suggest you to send a written notice to the Nodal Officer via email or registered post, mention all the details in it and ask them for the proper solution with in the mentioned time in the notice, wait for their response and revert us back.
    Note: Keep all the copy of Complaint, Notice and the registered post slip, this may help you if you need to knock the consumer forum.
