    Post Gprs is not activated in my mobile

    hi my name is sabari nathan.my mobile no. is 9025456592 & 9543890277 i am used for maxx475 mobile. it is not supported for reliance gprs settings. so please immediately action for me. because i like very much my reliance gsm service. so please help for maxx mobile connected to gprs service in reliance gprs service.

    Question network problem

    its deepika from deoria hving CDMA connection number 9389240792.RELIANCE definitely provide good services no doubt but what would be the help if there is no network.Really this is a big problem for we reliance customers.Please if there is some one who really cares for reliance image,please sort out the problem of reliance customers.

    i have taken reliance connection 1 month back. the sim is not yet activated. though i have submitted documents 2 times but every time they say my documents didnt reach..... have used other networks but they serve well..ppl dont ever try taking up reliance or u would be left out with no contact number like me for a month.....though i have the phone but have to still use the local telephone booth to call ppl.....

    This is Sneha Sinha. We have one corporate connection of Reliance CDMA Phone i.e. 09312404772 on the name of my sister Smita Sinha provided by IPCL company.



    Actually we observed someone is using our Phone parallel illegally as there are some numbers in our bill which we don’t know and when called to one of the number, person on other side is unknown to us. So as per my analysis this is an issue of SIM cloning which is Alarming.



    I am providing you some sample of numbers that are unknown to us. Please help us. It is an criminal activity and Reliance Ghaziabad Web-World Team is not helping us.

    I am the retailer Orange Mobiles,podanur,Coimbatore.23, I feel uneasy to do business with reliance, here the sales man is not visiting regularly so i cannot refill the easy recharge amount,
    the distributor Aaditya Agencyyies, "kamadenu" ukkadam-perur bye-pass road,coimbatore-641001.
    if there is shortage of salesman ask them to appoint sales person. i have complained to sales manager mr Abisheik there is no good response from him

    As my outgoing calls has been barred due to the address verification person......

    As i resubmitted my proof in reliance web world which is at lalbangla in hyderabad on 26-02-10(As they are not responding properly) .... i am going to the reliance web world but there is poor responce that they are saying that we send it to the main branch......

    Till now i did not get my outgoing calls...... How can the customer satisfy with your network if it is like this......

    Angry Still my balance is zero

    Sir/Madam

    Four days back I got a new Reliance GSM sim card. My number is 9510495851. The retailer told me that I will get balance of Rs.50 and 500 free msgs, within 48 hours. But after 48 hours still my balance is zero. I complained to the customer care and he too told that I ll recieve my balance after 48 hours. But still i haven't received my balance. Will you please help me. Or tell me the procedure to get my balance. I will be thankful to you.

    Dear /madam

    I have purchase USB on dated on dated 24th Nov-09 and that got activated from 5th december-09. As per the scheme i will be getting one month free internet access i.e from 5th december to 5th Jan, it means there should not be any monthly rental durining the period. Kindly re send the bill ASAP and i hope this kind of mistake should not be repeated again as i have all ready logged call at customer care and i have been promised by the executive that you will received mail and call for confirmation but fact is that till date i have not received any thing from your side except your lovely bill

    I am not happy at all with Reliance USB and i have tried my level best to co operate with u people. Now TERMINATE THE SERVICES WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT and i am not responsible for rental from tommarrow onwards

    Dear Sir,

    This is after much harasement that I am bringing this to your notice that the services provided by your company is below standard.

    First of all I was sold a second hand 1x data card no. 9310291638 by your appointed DSA. Because of this I was denied of thye rightful 02 months unlimited Laptop plan promised to me at the time of purchase. Then after much harasement and running from pillar to post it was solved after almost three and a half months.

    Now again I am being harassed for opting a plan namely 20 GB 799 plan which has not been processed even after 10 days of request made vide no. 121145613 dt 06/03/10.

    Also I have been charged Rs 435 as rental for the period 02/02/10 to 02/03/10 during which my net was closed because of the above controversy which is totally wrong.

    Now I look forward to you taking some action before I get so frustrated so as to get it disconnected and opt for some other internet.

    Subject:Wrong bill of CDMA Mobile no 9370151919 for the month of 7-1-2010 to 6-2-10 and 7-2-10 to 6-3-10 A/C Shreenath Industries

    Sir,
    This has reference to my complaint given at your local authorised Reliance sotre situated at Gulshan Plaza, Badnera Road, Amravati (M.S) 444601
    where the request refgarding the plan change was made on 24-12-2009 from my earlier plan to new plan of Simple PPS 199 and along
    with this the add-on R-R free plan was also requested. But after going through the recent bills issued from 7-1-2010 to 6-2-10 and
    7-2-10 to 6-3-10 it was observed that only the plan was changed and add-on plan of R-R was not activated. I dont understand how
    this mistake happened at your end.
    In the meanwhile I have visited the above mentioned local Reliance store concerning to this issue and having given this letter
    about my greviance they admitted that mistake has happened at their end and they would forward this to the higher authorities and
    in fact they have forwarded my compliant to higher authorities and we would be intimated by them or by telephonic call. But still we have not got any response from them.
    So you are requested to delete all R-R calls from the above two bills and give credit of the same.
    Sir, this mistake has happened at your authorised Reliance store which is situated at above address and due to this mistake I am
    being penalised.In fact as mentioned earlier they(R store) are accepting the mistake.
    Sir,we are having this mobile phone since last more than 7-8 years. In fact since the Reliance launched their service in Amravati.
    Being your old and loyal customer you are requested to consider our request sympathetically and give the justice to me. In the meanwhile I am paying the current bill under protest.

    Angry very poor network

    this was not expected when we bought reliance mobile and landline phone. the signal is very weak and no signal.. when ever we want to talk or make call , we have to come out of house . in whichever condition like , in monsoon ,or have fever or any health problem or even in midnight, the only way to talk from reliance mobile is , come out of house and than talk. we have complaint many time but all in vein. we have 1 landline phone no-02613251914 which has less problem compare to mobile. and 3 other mobile no- 9375185924; 9377227323; 9374725317. which has maximum signal problem. we have society of 435 row houses , where almost every person who has reliance mobile, comes out of house to talk on it. pl do what ever is requiered and as early as possible.

    mera naam prasanna purohit hai mai bahut time se smart ki service use kar raha hoo, par abhi maine smart ki new sim purchase ki hai, abhi ratlam mai network itna poor ho gaya hai ki mobile baar baar hang ho jata hai, customer care par shikayat likhwate hai to wo ye hi bolte hai ki sir 48 hrs mai thik ho jayegi, in sabka kya matlab hai samajh mai nahi aa raha hai ham roj shikayat karte hai or roj kewal ye hi ans. Milta hai. Ham kiske paas jaye samajh nahi aa raha hai, aisa lagta hai ki ab tau upbhokta shikayat kendra par hi jana padega jis se ki hamari shikayat ka niptara ho sake, mujhe network thik chaiye wo bhi next 48 hrs mai nahi to majbooran upbhokta kendra mai jana padega.

    I m a customer Reliance Postpaid connectin in jammu. today i have paid my bill of 1000 Rs through net but till now i did not get any responce from them. even i call the rcare but they did not responce me well. In jammu the condition is very poor.
