    I anil kumar rai using RELIANCE phone no. 9371709998. I am suffering unnecessery phone call and sms like cricket score, without my knowledge they are subscribing and eating my money , for this i have informed to local relience but no action has been taken and i am fed up from this they themself subscribes the facilites which we do not want as we do not need it ,they are making calls at night times becasue of which we get disturbed a lot , i have also requested to the reliance office we didn`t need any call from reliance side wheather it is in our favour or regarding any good schmebut they are still doing the same thing now what to do?

    Default Reliance has cheated me by autoactivating Packages

    Hello Sir,
    I am Dhananjay from Gujarat, i am using Reliance Prepaid Service from last 4 years.

    communications it is work fine but know for last 6-7 months they are automatically charging it for pacakages like "khel Khel main service" Charged Rs 30/mnth.
    and I am very genuine Custemer of Reliance mobile And i Had Never Activated that Packages on my no and then also they are charging me for these all...

    I have complaint several times to there customer care(Dail *333 on any reliance mobile for customer care) but the supervisor(Named "Chand hasmi") says that "You are using this pack and thats why we are charging..and when i asked for any proof aginst it..then he replied They dont have such data.

    so sir they are really doing fraud with me..Plz Do the needfull.....Its my request sir...

    I had purchased a Honda City from M/s ring road Honda new delhi ,india. on 30 september, 2009 and the registration No. is DL 4c nc 4397 and is still under 'guarantee'.

    On 25.12.09 while driving, one of the tyre burst which was of michelin company. It is very surprising that within a period of less than 3 months, the new tyre has gone away which clearly indicates that it has some manufacturing defect. The vehicle was taken to the Service Centre of the ring road Honda, who have refused to replace the tyre. It is requested that since the vehicle is still under guarantee and the tyre had burst while driving, it should be replaced immediately.

    sir.
    i said that there is wrong deduction of money in a month for sms pack at 29-12-2009 and 30-12-2009.
    i m sending the complain to the customer care employers but they do not take any action.
    at 29-12-2009 my message pack will automatically deactivated i was renewed at night through message.
    at next day the message pack also renewed automatically i complain to the cus. care they said that it is your wrong deduction and monry wii be transfer to your account within 24 hours but they did not do so this thing happen many days but no responce is coming.after some day they said that i have not store the data before three days so your money is not be refunded.
    this show that irragularity and dismanner of your customer care exaucative.
    so, you can take strict action on this subject.

    Angry Worst Service Provided by Reliance Customer Care Representative at Heera Panna Mumbai

    Hi,

    This is in regards to the complaint of the worst service provided by the reliance customer care representatives Miss Archana and Mr. Vijay at Haji Ali (Heera Panna) branch.

    My sim card got lost, and I want the same nos (9320015544) to get transferred on the new one.
    I own this nos at Haji Ali (Heera Panna) branch, and hence I approach the same branch to get it done with sanity.
    The same is not happening since two months.

    They had taken my alternative nos and had done the other formalities, and assured me that they will call me back and will get the needful done in two to three days.
    The two of the representative from the branch named Miss Archana and Mr Vijay had given me the above commitment.

    But all in vain, when they had not call me up for a week , then finally I had physically visit the branch to get my work done.
    I am visiting the branch since two month but all in vain because every single time I walk into the branch gallery and every now and then they ask me my problem and my alternative nos and other formalities too.

    Afterward I had a few word’s to the respective branch manger of the branch, but is of no use.

    And finally, when I had requested to Miss Archana and Mr. Vijay, then they had quoted me this dialogue that “Hume log yahaa timepass karne ke leye aate hai, bas sirf salary milene se matlab hai”

    This above dialogue seems that, they are least bother and irresponsible to provide service to the customer and at last having no more option I am escalating this to you

    I am writing this mail, in order to manifest the service provided to the customer by a customer care representative.
    Hoping this mail will help you to improve the service.

    It’s my entreaty to provide me some sustenance and concrete solution in this regard.

    My Reliance Mobile 9322906310 (ALKA SHINDE) has got added LOCONNET PACK 99 from last couple of bills(Dec - Jan) although i have not place a request, in return customer care is telling you have place a request. When ask when i placed a request and request no , they are not able to provide the same. Please help me resolving issue

    Thumbs down Reliance NetConnect Connection PAIN & POOR customer service

    I would like to make a complaint.
    I had bought NetConnect on 12th Jan, that time I had submitted my documents. Again coz of some verification failure (Never understood what reliance was trying to verify & how? Reason not yet known), I had resubmitted my documents on around 24th Jan. Again the GREAT Verification Problem occurred (real PAIN. Can I really know what exactly reliance try to verify & how? Their person comes at around 5PM to verify that also on Saturdays still the customer has to face Verification failure drama) & on 5th Feb I had paid Rs.250/- as deposit (Now I guess it’s over 72hrs but still the connection is not activated).

    I had called a lot of time to the customer care, but there again they easily get away with ‘Verification Failure’ excuse (when reliance has customer’s mail ids, tel. nos. & address, I fail to understand where & how this verification problem arises?)

    When reliance don’t want to give new connection then why does they make us go through all this drama? When they don’t want to give connections to bachelors or a non localities, then they should mention it VERY clearly before selling the device. We the Customer pay Rs.3500/- for the device & then the drama of troubling us starts. What does they think, we customers have a lot of time to a part of all this drama & be behind them to get our connection activated, after paying so much & even though we submit all the documents & pay deposits?
    All I want to know is when they r not interested in giving new connections & serves the customers then please don’t let them fall pray of their useless verification drama. Don’t harass the customers so much that they are made to write such complaints.
    Now I only wish to get my connection disconnected & get the deposit refunded....
    Reliance is being such a pain in a**...
    I had to buy Tata Photon which I got activated in within a day & it is working smoothly. Hope reliance also learn customer service form them. I wish I had not bought Netconnect initially.

    Angry poor service by customer executives.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I use Reliance NetConnect ,I was been charged extra amount in my bill,
    so i lodged a complain in the nearest Reliance Communication center (Virar-west),
    So the response from the customer executive was that the bill amount will be leveled in the next months bill,
    so i paid the bill for the month(22-11-09 to 21-12-09),
    but in the next month (22-12-09 to 21-01-10) the bill wasnt resolved ,
    whenever i visited to check if the changes were made,
    on this i lodged another complaint,
    everytime they kept on assuring that the changes in the bill will be made but it never happened..
    what i always got was False promises.. on the last day of bill payment (09-02-2010) the area manager was informed about it. and he said that they would look into the matters.

    What has really annoyed me was the kind of customer service the executives provided.
    They were very rude, and didnt pay any attention to get the problem sovled,
    instead they just kept lying to me , So that i could be avoided by them...
    I was made to wait for 2 hrs just so that their important manager (area manager) cud come and solve the problem,
    are'nt we customers important??
    Do we deserve such a behaviour for a fault of yours .???
    Are we punished for being customers of Relaince Communication???
    I Want an Apology letter from the company for such a behaviour and an assurance that nothing as such would ever happen again.

    Dear sir/madam

    I had activated my unlimited 995 on 25th of july.That time there were so many facilities including free calling on RTL nos. of bihar,mp,etc. But from 18th of august free calling on RTL nos. was closed from total plans and onnet packs.After sometime you provided a new onnet pack of 149. Which is activated in every plan except my unlimited 995 and 770.Rght now i am in mumbai and i have to face a lot of problems. I cannot change my no. and i cannot change my plan. What should I do?

    Default My reliance mob is stolen and after complaint not blocked yet.

    Dear Sir/Mam,

    I have bought a reliance prepaid mob in 2004, its no is 9329263270 which has been stolen 2 months back. one person named Noushad is curruntely using that fone i have made 3 complents against that pls block that number but no action taken yet.

    In case of any miss use of this Mob No: 9329263270 i will not take any responsibility.
