    Unhappy complain against customer care representative

    I Md Irfan Khan using Smart GSM having no-98832-90495 more than 6 years. Today 09.12.2011 around 09:08 hrs I had call to customer care *333, as the executive received my call I said him I want to know about the new plan of Rs 48/- than he ask my details, I provide the details and he said can I put your call on hold for more details about Rs 48/- plan I said its ok. After taking long time more than 1min and 45secons he reply me again but failed to provide me the details of Rs 48/- plan, he said there is no new plan of Rs 48/- I scared about hearing this from his side, after that I asked his name but he did not said to his name and disconnect my call from there without knowing me. As I have paid 50paise for this call but not getting the right answers from customer care representative person. So I am humbly request to you kindly scrutiny the matter as soon as possible for you and do needful action from my side. It will help you to support your customers better.

    Default Complaint against reliance for terminating phone n

    This is regarding my phone no (9313455776)which is been terminated without informing this is very bad on reliance telecom company when a coustomer is not getting regular bill then how can company terminate the no and that to without informing I will take this matter up to what ever extend I can ,ya I know I am against ambanis but I also live in democratic India

    Dear Sir/Madam


    I have register the complain against reliance CDMA they people called me & register my complain & said that it will be resolved within 3 days but still the problem not get resolved & when i called the customer care for knowing the status of that complain then they people told me that the complain is resolved from reliance side & told me that "reliance called me & you said that yes the complain is resolved "
    but what is reality that they people was not called me & i was said that i complain is resolved.

    please take this issue on the serious note.

    Dear Reliance,
    After returning your modem and getting my refund back it seems like you guys are keen on taking me court for payment of a service which i never used as i was mis sold your product, i have informed your customer service people and the collections team but no one seems to understand what my issue is, So since you guy are calling me to court on 28/01/2012, i am giving you till that date to resolve my issue to waive all the balance as i have not used your service or i will be forced to take legal action for mental harassment and falsely claiming money.

    Last week I got SMS that my CRBT service has been activated without my prior knowledge and reliance deducted my Rs. 30 from my account. Even I dont know this service. My number is 8099721082 (GSM), I wanted to talk to customer execute and wanted to register compaint but How? I tried at *333 and other numbers also. but i never found any option to contact customer executives. please sort out my problem and refund Rs 30 back and deactivate this CRBT service.

    Angry Committed discount not offered appropriately

    I have been using Reliance Communications services since 2006. I have a monthly plan where Reliance to Reliance calling is unlimited within India from my Reliance landline wireless phone. I had influenced my relatives and friends in Delhi, Jaipur and Allahabad to make a switch to Reliance from their existing service providers to enjoy the unlimited Reliance calling. Everything was smooth going until Jan 2011.

    In Feb 2011, suddenly the calls started dropping very frequently [within 5 seconds to 30-40 seconds of initiating the call]. This all led to huge frustration as I would connect the calls mostly in conference mode to other reliance numbers. Talked to the customer care several times and lodged 5 complaints during that period but got no satisfactory response and probable action plan on the issue. They kept offering me impractical alternatives instead of attacking the root cause of the problem. I had escalated the issue to the Nodal officer [got no satisfactory response] and the appellate authority [got no response at all] as well in that order but all in vain.

    Meanwhile, lodged the following complaints in the period for the ‘call drop’ issue:
    Feb 12 2011 – SR # 146987785 – Reliance marked it ‘closed’ without resolving the issue
    Feb 27, 2011 - SR # 148030554 – Reliance marked it ‘closed’ without resolving the issue
    Mar 21 2011 - SR # 149462726– Reliance marked it ‘closed’ without resolving the issue
    Apr 3 2011 - SR # 150301365 - Reliance marked it ‘closed’ without resolving the issue
    Apr 25 2011 – SR # 151632616- Reliance marked it ‘closed’ without resolving the issue

    I then wrote to the chairman’s office but even then got no satisfactory relief to the problem. As a matter of fact, nobody had concrete answer to the problem even in that office and all of them kept deferring the issue out of uncertainty.

    9 Jun 2011 – Lodged a complaint with Public Grievance Portal [# DOTEL/E/2011/05980]. Reliance responded back to the portal on 24 Jun 2011 saying that they were working on the issue.

    That issue went on till first week of Jul 2011 causing huge frustration and mental agony.

    July 2011 – Got a call from the Chairman’s office [after constant reminders to them] and informed that the problem was resolved. I kept on asking for apt compensation for the suffering as a goodwill gesture to retain their loyal customer. They then offered a discount of Rs. 500/- [for a suffering of 5 months @ Rs. 100/- for each month] that was to be adjusted against the bills over the next 5 months. They finally extended the discount of Rs. 300/- only and that too towards non-Reliance voice usage [without announcing that before during the discount offering call] which I do not call/use as I have other phone connections to make non-Reliance calls having the free usage quota on monthly basis [Tata Indicom – Rs. 300/- and Vodafone - Rs. 100/- worth calls free every month as per their respected plans]. Using Reliance phone, I only make Reliance to Reliance calls because this is unlimited as per the plan and rarely make non-Reliance phone calls. Reliance people actually acted smart. They seemingly analyzed all my previous bills having to know that I do not generally make non-Reliance calls and then gave me the discount on voice usage for non-Reliance calls. I was in the US for three months that time so could not monitor their ‘game’. This kind of discount is like offering somebody a discount/compensation on flight tickets when the person travels by train only OR offering a discount on Non-Veg food when the person is a vegetarian. One offers such discounts when one does not have intent to offer the same and just doing it for the sake of it.

    Dec 2011 – I raised this issue again to the Chairman’s office recently ['Reliance=009-580-064' & 'Reliance=009-597-539'] but got no respite on the compensation part. They said they have already extended the ‘discount’ on voice usage [which remained unutilized] so no further waiver would be provided.

    My questions for them in the context of my case:
    1. What is the cost/loss/agony that Reliance has faced during those 5 months of bad quality service/signal?
    My thought: They got their monthly rental and calling expenses for all those 5 months from me. The discount that they offered me was also not utilized so no loss for them due to the issue they were responsible for. I was the sufferer and had mental agony for those 5 months continuously and even later as its repercussions.
    2. What kind of compensation (goodwill gesture to their loyal customer) they are offering me for the suffering?

    My thought: They offered a discount on something which is not useful for me. That too only for 3 months instead of 5 months as committed by them on the call. I reiterate, am not seeking this with a Primary intent for any monetary benefit but for a kind of penalty for them due to their failure in providing quality service as promised.

    Reliance Communications claims to have the best services and quality customer handling but the instances above proved that misleading and contradictory. They can extend this treatment even to their loyal customer having used their services for over 5 years let aside the new customers. And it’s not about the discount only [which is meager in this case] but the ethics that the company follows and the treatment they give to their customers. Do they really want to retain their genuine customers?

    My intent here is to bring this to your attention about the (mal)practices and the kind of (poor) services offered by Reliance Communications at times. It’s not that they are not good but when they go wrong, they generally do not take apt action, provide communication and give you relief in time but perhaps mislead the customers by offering impractical alternatives and distorted commitments. They just try to wash their hands of the situation without getting to understand the suffering of their customers.

    Incidentally, I have started getting the same issue again recently. This time even worst. Have not been able to connect at all this time. It continuously says “pls contact Reliance customer care to resume your services”. However, there are no billing issues. It seems this has become their practice every year in the month of February. I am fearing that this may go on till June like previous year. Have lodged this complaint again with them [# 172317225].

    Post deduct my blance & not provide the service relince

    dear sir,
    i am regular user of relince gsm prepaid from Bihar circle.
    my no is 9905755360.i was got the rs99 recharge net pack from internet thro (paytm.com)8/02/2012.time-9:55am,
    but i got not any banifit this pack.deduct my main balance browsing the net suffring.than i complain the relince customert care no(9853098350)
    and cust care say that you have not any recharge net pack this no.9905755360
    i am not happy with Customer Care of reliance.
    please take action aginst this and give me refund.
    and i attched the recarge info.
    plz sir solve my problem immedetly.

    Angry Automatic deduction of balance in my reliance num

    I m really fed off of calling customer care of reliance gsm service. My number is 9861454106, whenever i m giving any complain, they are blocking my number so that i will not call them further. Since i m much old customer of reliance, still then they are not providing me a good service. they are continuously activating some useless packs regularly whenever i m recharging my account. I had already given a lot of complain through other reliance numbers bt they are not giving response. They had also blocked those numbers also from which i had given complains for my number. Even not only me , many other people are also facing the same problem. Really i m sorry to say this reliance service is too poor that i cant express. kindly have a look on this complain n may solve my problem i wish. otherwise expecting service will be a joke for all the providers.

    Default Poor Speed of Reliance Netconnect+

    HI,

    I bought a Reliance Netconnect+ on 15th dec 2011 no:9372069868 with 3 months advance pay. For one and half month it was good. After that I am getting speed on an average 50kbps. When I talk to the customer care they informed that Magarpatta, Pune area is in congestion the issue may resolve by 30th Jun 2012. They are ready to give me waiver of 200Rs. I am not interest to use Reliance Netconnect+ with 50kbps speed.

    Could you please return my money.
