I Md Irfan Khan using Smart GSM having no-98832-90495 more than 6 years. Today 09.12.2011 around 09:08 hrs I had call to customer care *333, as the executive received my call I said him I want to know about the new plan of Rs 48/- than he ask my details, I provide the details and he said can I put your call on hold for more details about Rs 48/- plan I said its ok. After taking long time more than 1min and 45secons he reply me again but failed to provide me the details of Rs 48/- plan, he said there is no new plan of Rs 48/- I scared about hearing this from his side, after that I asked his name but he did not said to his name and disconnect my call from there without knowing me. As I have paid 50paise for this call but not getting the right answers from customer care representative person. So I am humbly request to you kindly scrutiny the matter as soon as possible for you and do needful action from my side. It will help you to support your customers better.
