Dear Airtel people,

I have been loyal to you because of your service. Unfortunately, you have let me down this time. I installed IPTV as a part of the combo plan which has WI FI internet along with fixed land line on 30 Sep. The amount was paid by cheque on 25 Sep. On 5 Oct at 8:00 pm (please note the time here) the IPTV connection was suspended without any notice. A call to the customer care revealed that the cheque had reversed due to some reason and hence the connection was suspended. (wow, what professionalism!!!)

Nevertheless, the very next day, the payment was done in cash during the day. Despite that and repeated calls to the customer care, the connection is yet to be resumed.

I wish you were as good in resuming connections as efficient you were in disconnecting without bothering to even inform. What's more you even charge calls made to your customer care. That is some great marketing ploy!!!!!
