On inquiry, a marketing executive from MYWAY IPTV deputed by-

came to my residence on 14-8-2010. The executive explained and assured the following :
i) the existing modem with my BSNL broad-band connection is to be replaced
ii) the new wi-fi modem would cost Rs. 600/- and would be billed along with my normal BSNL telephone bill
iii) the installation of the IPTV would be done within a week (I requested on any Saturday after 14-8-2010)
iv) after installation, there would be one month free transmission of the channels
v) during this free trial period I can choose "a set 50 channels'' with subscription of Rs. 95/- per month.

I paid an amount of Rs.1500/- through cheque on 14-8-2010. But till 3-9-2010 no installation has been done. In between, I got a call intimating me that the modem will cost Rs. 2,250/-. And after discount the cost of the modem will Rs. 1250/- . But I insisted on the 'marketing executive's assurance given to me on 14-8-2010'. On 4-9-2010 installation technician came with a modem which costs Rs.680/- and to be paid in cash instantly. This shows that the coordination between marketing and installation departments does not exist and from very beginning of installation the "service" part of "MYWAY IPTV" at Hyderabad is in no way customer friendly.

Then I contacted MYWAY IPTV head office at GURGAON on 4th Sept.'10 and I was assured with a positive within half-an-hour, and again on 6th Sept.'10 with a same reply . Today the 8th Sept.'10, I have not received any message from MYWAY IPTV.

I request you to intervene and settle the matter so that the amount I paid can be got back my money Rs.1500/- at the earliest.
