I Nishikant Mhatre, bought LG 18.5" W1941S on Feb 03, 2009. It was having offer 2 years extended warranty.

I was staying at below said address:
406/6, Anand Vihar Soc,
Near Rly Crossing,
Kharegaon,
Kalwa (E), Thane 400605

But I have shifted to the address:
301, Subhadra Apt.,
'B' Wing, Behind Dhanraj Nagar,
Diva (E), Thane 400612

When I registered for warranty I gave Kalwa address & when I sent required warranty docs to LG's Delhi address I gave my Diva address. I checked on companies web site, it shows certificate has been sent through Blue dart courier AWB number 12376488622 on 27/04/2009 but I have not received any certificate from them. I contacted Blue dart they said it was returned to Solution Integrated at Delhi address but they do not have contact details Solution integrated.

I want certificate to be issued to me at my new address. I tried to contact on contact number provided on co's web site but it says no not in used. I called on co's cust care, they are guiding me to call brnach but when I call to branch they dont have any info abt the extended warranty certificate.

My husband S.Jagjeet Singh Pruthi (SAP No. 70069548) was working as a sales manager in RELIANCE INSURANCE reporting authority to Sh.Sudhir Rana in your company location at Patiala & Khanna since Dec 2008.

Sh.Jagjeet Singh Pruthi was coming from Chandigarh to Patiala with Sh.Manoj Kumar S/O Sh.Jai Bhagwan R/O Moga and Sh. Mandeep Singh Brar S/O Sh.Sujan Singh R/O Baghapurana(Moga) on date 01May,09. Sh.Mandeep Singh Brar was driving his own car by chance that car stroked with bus on backside at 00:30am on 01.05.09. Sh.Manoj Kumar was sitting on the front seat beside Sh.Mandeep Singh, who has been dead on the spot. Sh.Jagjeet Singh was sitting on back seat. He has got serious brain injuries and Sh.Mandeep Singh Brar got minor injuries
