My self and two of my friend booked for HT subscription. Paid thru check (Noida Sector 127). Till end of April 2011 - not received any coupon.
We live in three different place - Dwarka, Noida sector 20, and Mayur Vihar.
Coupon numbers - 700757 and 700758 and third one (we dont know).

Please tell me what is the scheme and the coupons and also he is charging me extra money after taking subscribition for deliviring the paper should i pay him? extra money and if not he wont deliver the paper please help me by giving idea where can i get the subscribtion form times. I have one year subscription, and the vendor has stopped delivering newspaper. Vendor Sandeep Auti is rude, uncouth, and talks like a criminal. The HT Executives Santosh and Dharam Singh are in collusion with him. Sandeep has collected my unused coupons and yet the papers are not being delivered.

I wanted them to change the vendor, but they gave excuses and were unable to help. So in the end they collected my coupons and told me that paper will be delivered and vendor will not see you but you will get your paper. Now that coupons are with them, nobody is answering my phone and Santosh and Dharam are passing the buck and not answering the call.

I have written to hindustan times customer service approsong them of this but they choose not to reply.
