    Default complain for airtel

    hi

    i have requested for IPTV from airtel. however due to some technical reason it was not install .
    before installation salesman came to collect cheque i gave him the cheque of 2000.00 .
    IPTV was not install and they took money from my a\c. when i spook to them they told me that it will take 45 days to return.
    i don`t know why they will take 45 days to return. when services was not install.
    if the services was not install why they took money from my a\c. do u think, is it fair if services was not install .
    please help me in getting my money back as soon as possible

    hi,
    i was a user of Airtel postpaid number 9611118566 which i had used from Feb to April 2009 from June 2009 to July 2009 i.e 2months of duration i was unable to pay my bill due to out of station and some financial difficulties flooded that time Airtel disconnected my connection. when i got my salary in Aug i had been to Airtel office and cleared All my old dues, I inquired with an executive Ramprakash weather the number is available or allotted to different user that time i got an information from Ramprakash stating that number is still available, So i clearly instructed an executive Ramprakash if the number is surely available then i will wait and take that number itself for that i paid Rs. 500 + necessary documents to the Ramprakash, mean while several time i asked to Ramprakash will be able to take that number back he very nicely assured me yes sir i will register that number for you and within 5 days number will be yours. Upon his sayings i believed on him and went back to my home.

    After 5 days when i called to that executive Ramprakash he said that is in process and will get that number very soon i convinced my self stating that wait will get that number and can use it as that is my favorite number.

    Mean while days passed i made many calls and personnel visit to Airtel office those people were very smart in handling people and buttering i use to get convince with them whenever i use to talk to them.

    Before exposing you about my worst experience with Airtel, I would like to brief you about my self, My name is Naeem Akhtar from Hubli Karnataka working for Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co Ltd business Procurement Channel my nature of Job is frequently calling to my subordinates and collecting the data from then which involves extensive calling.

    So days passed made many calls to Ramprakash was asking him weather number is activated in my name or not he use to tell me sir i have registered that number with your name and activation is remaining if you want you can take away the SIM card i thought Ramprakash is telling this much means number has been really registered with my name again and i will get that soon believe me in that process one month was over.

    On 27th-Aug-09 i was traveling from home to Belgaum for office visit during my journey i made a call to my airtel number 9611118566 i got to know that it has been activated i was very happy Ramprakash done a excellent job for me and i got my old number back. I informed to Ramprakash that number has been activated, he was amaze to know that i thought he may be aware of that actually he was not, he said wait sir wait i will confirm and get back to you. i said ok and in formed him i am coming to office to take my number.

    worst evening i got a sms from that executive Ramprakash stating that sorry the number has been allotted to other person. you call to that person and request him to give that number to you. I was shocked felt like some has dragged the earth beneath my foots Cos it was my favorite number and i waited One month patiently without taking new connection upon assurance of Airtel Executive Ramprakash. I made a call to him and said i want that number at any cost you assured me will give that number he replied sorry sir i cant its not possible now.

    I got emotional and said him if you do not give me my number i will drag you to the court and i will not leave you at any cost he said sir call to that Person and request him for giving that number to you I said when I paid you, why should I do that, and you should not suppose to ask me to do that kind of activity paying and begging which law it is, see Airtel is known for service and that service been served from executive like you if fail to satisfy me you will not only vanish your name and companies name too. He is very nicely replied I can understand your feeling but I am very sorry.
    After a week I felt that I am wasting time money, energy and my emotion with that number I made a last call to Ramprakash before I ask anything he replied me Sir come and take your money, he didn’t even suggested me other alternatives like taking a new connection with some other good number. That time I decided Airtel is good too see in TV banners and hoardings not in hand and the punch line of Airtel – Aisi Azadi Aur Kahan automatically got Converted in my mind as Aisi barbadi Aur kahan.
    What I lost:
     My number 9611118566 to which I emotionally attached
     Valuable time of One month
     My energy
     And my money during that month spent on calls and one call charge is 70paise which is very expensive for me in bulk calling
    Over All I lost every thing.

    The worst service provider on the earth is airtel

    Default Complaint with respect to AIRTEL POSTPAID BILLING

    Hi

    This is Jyothi G here and my contact no. is 9901991644 which in the name of my friend Arshiya Kouser (we are colleagues), I am not getting CUG plan benefits for [9900997462 & 9972590227] numbers from last 3 months. Actually when i call from 9901991644 it should get charged 15ps per minute to 9900997462 and for 9972590227, instead of 15ps Airtel is charging 30ps per minute. I have complained about this issue 2 months before and i am doing a regular follow ups with them, I have spent lot of my time on keep on calling to Airtel 121. Airtel customer care representative will take my complaint every time and they will say that they will get back to me within 24hrs or 48hrs, but they will never do that. After 48hrs i again calls them again they will tell the same story that they will get back to me after 48hrs. Like this i have made more than 20 calls to them. I got really fed up with these issue so i decided to de-activate my no. and I called Airtel Customer care, they forced me to agree to continue my service and they promised me that they will resolve my issue and they requested 24hrs time, but again after 2 to 3 days there is no response from them. I have tried to cancell twice my no. but they are not allowing me to cancell also not ready to resolve my issue. On that i will be keep on getting emails, messages, and calls to pay the bill. On that again they have charged the late payment fees also. I am really really fed up with this Airtel postpaid connection. I need justice. Please some body take a quick action on Airtel and solve my problem. I have every proof to complain against them. I have an audio proof of there customer care represenative and I have a mobil bill of previous months which they have given a CUG benefits and the bills which they have charged higher amount and not given CUG benefits.

    Please can any one from Consumer court take a serious action against Airtel.......

    hello,
    I'am using airtel prepaid. i have downloaded the m-check facility in my phone. but i have only a federal bank debit card. how can i use m-check using this debit card? I want the m-check facility with debit cards. Plz take an action immediately....

    this airtel has the worst service.. i m using it from long but gives problem every month.. customer care support is worst actully worse than reliance.. atleast they dont give wrong information.. this people are thief n tryin to loot ordinary people..cutomer care says that he cannot give his fone to his team leader though he has insufficient knowldge.. the person i spoke to her name is roshni sahu..she gave total wrong info...something has to be done against this people.. so i take step as not to use airtel anymore

    Default balane deducation on the name of mobile offc

    my no is 9748105165 and i am using this no with Nokia c3 00 which i bought in December 13 and i got a offer of 2 GB data uses every month for 6 months and on the date of 22 Jan recharged with 333 and on the date of 24 night time my balance gone zero even not only that my data uses gone zero at the same time but if we calculate we can not use a 2 GB of data in 10 days even if i use 5 hour continues surfing and when i made a complains regards this i am not getting any response i am from kolkata and i made a compliant to subhojit singh park street branch no is 9831049825and he is non responsive in this matter and now i do not have any data uses neither i have my balance the total balance deduction is 264 RS and now there is no action from c.care or from relationship center.i need a help plz help me.
