Hello Sir,

I had purchased a subscriptionn from Speed 24*7 Bike and Car Helpline, where they provide services in case the Bike or Car breaks down.
Today (19/09/2010) when I was on my way to office from Sector 4, Gurgaon, my bike broke down at IFFCO Chowk and thereafter it would not start.
I called up the Helpline number for Speed at 3 pm and they told me that their servive vehicle will be at the spot within 30 minutes. After waiting for more than 45 minutes, I called up their number again and the gentleman said that the service vehicle would be there shortly.
Another 45 minutes passed and when I called their number again, they said that the vehicle was at Dhaula Kuan and would take sometime to reach the spot after which they disconnected the call from their end. I did not understand the reason why they had no service vehicle in Gurgaon when their membership card clearly states that they provide services in Gurgaon as well.
i called again and they disconnected the calls everytime.
I waited for another 3 hrs and no one came to help and the people just kept disconnecting my calls.
Helpless I had to drag my bike for over 3 kms before I could get a mechanic to fix it. Till now I have received no calls from them.
I had called the Speed Helpline for the first time after taking the membership.

If this is the kind of service that they provide, then I do not want their service. I missed my day at office as a result of which I lost 1500/- of my salary. I want the membership amount of Rs 500/- to be refunder along with harrrasment charges and the days salary.
