I am saini satinder singh from satnam hi end electronics based at powai mumbai, i have signed a yearly contract with call ezze services a tie up venture with yahoo, i have paid a amount of rs.8000/- to this froud company, i have selected in tv,dvd,lcd & plasma repairs & servicing, while taking the contract, the field executive committed me atleast 3 to 4 leads per day i.e customer enquiry will be forwarded to me by this so called call ezze services, but since almost 50 days have passed away i have received a single customer enquiry( that too was a false enquiry), i am frequently calling the customer care nos.i,e on 02265246522/33, two times they picked my call & the excuse they gave me was that the company(call ezze) is not getting enquiries from customers, when they will receive any enquiry thay will forward it to us, but nothing happened, now when i am trying to call them on the customer care nos.they are not picking my phones, i have tried atleast 100 times, but as i am aware they are able to see my no.on caller id they are not picking my phone, even i tried from other phone no.they immediatly picked the phone & when i told my name they disconnected the call, now i need a help, i have even gone to the sight on inter net, where i saw lots of complaints about this cheaters, kindly help me out as i want my payment back.
