    iam anurag saxena from hyderabad,working as sales development manager in H.D.F.C.S.L.I.C.MY MOBLIE NO IS 9391355379 recently on 31st of jan 2008.my service provider has not sent me my bill ,but i went to there nearest outlet and paid my bill but to my surprise my phone was disconnected by afternoon,due to which i was not able to be in touch with my team,due to which i lost sales premium to the tune of 20 lakhs
    on that day.i even lost my face in front of my boss i company says that they cant this as an excsuse.
    what shoul i do?

    DEar friend,

    file a case in consumer court as these companies try to fool the user and than simply say sorry and are not bothered for the loss incurred to the user due to there mistake...

    You can launch a complaint in consumer court by giving the reason "Failure in providing Service ". I think u must get benefit from this as the mobile company unable to provide the service to his consumer which leads to mental and physical harrasement even after paying the bill.

    For all these telephone billing compaints there seems to be only one solution-

    1. Always pay your bill by cheque well before the due date.

    2. you can also check on internet for your billing amount. All big telecom companies give access for internet billing.

    3. In any discrepency you have proof of payment and you are safe and even can have a foolproof case for going in consumer court.

    4. Paying by cash involves more human interference and liable to error at franchisee level of telecom company staff who are paid poorly and barely literate and subsequent damages are corrected only when customer complaints.
