Topup Voucher No. T001000001935925 purchased and charged for the Smart card No. 41139981124 on 27-Feb but credit for the same was not reflecting to my account. Subsequent complaint registered with Help desk on 28-Feb, 03-Mar-2009 and 06-Mar-2009.
But still it is not reflecting Value for the Same as credit to my account.

Their help desk is enabled to answer any of my query and is not able to solve the issue.
What I understand from their Help desk that if I have charges top voucher thru internet facility, they are unable to solve my issue as it is handled by third party and they are unable to see status of the voucher.
Customer knows to Sun Direct as a service provider and not the third party who is handling their admin part.

I am very disappointed with their service and taking up with consumer court.
